Oil tanks need two people to deliver them. They will get damaged
The buying process was fine but sending a one person courier to deliver an oil tank is ridiculous.

Good Tank and Price but.....
Good quality tank, competitive price and quick delivery.......but, despite me specifying that location was very rural with narrow lanes and therefore max vehicle size 7.5 tonnes the tank was sent on a 16.5 tonne lorry! Driver called to say he was about 1/4 away and could not get any closer. Fortunately I have a pick up truck and we were able to slide the tank off the tail lift straight onto the back of my truck. Otherwise it would have been a failed delivery. Given that lots of houses that use oil are located in deeply rural areas perhaps consideration could be given to using smaller vehicles. Especially when the customer explicitly states that big vehicles will not be able to reach the destination! Other than delivery issue it would be 5 stars. If I didn't own a pick up it would have been 1 star!!
