We are really sorry you are not satisfied with your last purchase as you were with the first you did from us.
We sincerely apologized for the inconvenience with the documents and we offered to send you the correct documents at our own expense.
Kindly note that the watch was brand new and in perfect conditions, the defect you are talking about was a noise inside the watchcase when you shook it, which was probably due to the shock absorbers in the case, that are 4. The watch has been carefully checked for three days from the vendor before shipping, and when it left the shop it was in perfect conditions.
In any case, we can always provide technical assistance after purchase.
However, you preferred to proceed with the return and refund, so we have provided a full refund, including the cost of the first shipment.
We are serious and professional sellers, and our goal is our customers' satisfaction. We strive daily to offer pre- and post-sales assistance, and we assure you that we have done our best in the case of your order as well.

World Class Customer Service
This has been the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Although transaction was handled expertly, there were issues with the courier's which wasn't the fault of the retailer.
