I applied for my Nigerian visiting visa at the Manchester site. There was an issue with my documents as well as an erroneous booking on my part. I traveled from London for this appointment and nearly panicked. Grace was extremely professional, patient and helpful. She guided me through the process and everything was resolved. This could have been a disastrous day, but Grace really saved the day. Words cannot express how appreciative I am honestly. Thank you Grace!!

I applied for a Nigerian tourist visa and Grace was on hand to help at my appointment. She was very helpful and made a stressful situation a lot easier.

I must say I had an outstanding experience from firstly booking my appointment to attending the office.

Once I booked an appointment, I received a telephone phone call from Grace at the OIS office. She was very helpful as she noted I had booked several slots for my family members on a particular date. Grace called to provide support ensuring I was aware of all the relevant documents required for the appointment. Grace made sure she brought my families appointment slots together so we wouldn't have to wait around all day.

Upon arrival to the Manchester OIS office i got a good parking space. The building was nice and clean and calm. Not like the previous experiences I have had over the many years. I have used the Nigerian embassy, the Leicester OIS and the London OIS all have been a hustle and bustle experience with people shouting and aguring and even fighting with security.

Grace attended to my family and I upon arrival and took us through the process very smoothly. Grace was friendly and served us with a smile throughout our appointment.

I never thought I would see the day I would receive an outstanding service for obtaining a visa. Grace was truly amazing.

The lady grace who attended to us was very lovely, patient and helpful. I would highly recommend OIS services to everyone

OIS Los Angeles Office - Nigerian Visa
If you select this office to process your Nigeria visa, DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. My brother and his wife flew from Oregon for their appointment only to find the door locked. Suddenly a man arrived, opened the door and proceeds to review their appointment slip and told them that their appointment is only to check their documents only. He proceeded to tell them that an agent will contact them about the visa proper. My brother later received a text from someone from WhatsApp asking him to pay $460 x 2 to process a visa when he had already paid $180 x 2 to obtain a visa. DO NOT select this OIs office to process your Nigerian visa, as you will lose your processing fees with no clear explanation as to why….. Book an appointment for a Nigerian visa in a major state instead. Be warned.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for Grace's assistance with my Nigerian visa application at the OIS office in Manchester. Your professionalism and efficiency were greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help in navigating the application process.

I went down to OIS Manchester in England from Glasgow Scotland to apply for my BVN. I was attended to a nice young lady who I came to know as Grace. She was so professional, polite and patient as it was proving a bit difficult to capture my biometrics. Eventually she got that done and advised I would receive an email within 10 days with my BVN. When I did not receive an email on the 10th day, I called the number on my appointment sheet and unbeknown to me it was the same Grace that answered my call. I told her I hadn't received an email from OIS yet and she promised to chase it up for me. She called back within 5 minutes saying she had managed to speak to someone who explained there was a glitch in the system but they promised to get it done before 4pm that day. Grace told me to call her back after 4pm to let her know what the progress was. She called me even before 4pm telling me that my BVN had been generated and she was sending me an email to confirm it right away. You should have seen the joy and happiness in me that afternoon. Grace had totally restored my trust in our Nigerian service providers, she was truly a young graceful lady. It is still good to know that despite what we hear and know about Nigeria and its Immigration and consular services, we still have a handful of genuine decent workers. I’m from London but went to the Manchester Office because I needed an appointment asap.

I usually find appointments like this very stressful, but I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and easy my appointment was.

This was all thanks to a lovely lady called Grace. She was very kind, professional, patient and helpful. The appointment couldn’t have gone any better.

OIS New York (for Nigerian visas) is unprofessional. The agent informed me that the Nigerian consulate would hold on to my passport until one week before my departure date and claimed this information was on the website (it's not). Since I'm not traveling to Nigeria directly from the US, this is not an option. He said I could get a business visa on arrival, but my children could not. He didn't even look at my paperwork before refusing to process my application. He did advise me to get a refund from Innovate, with a smirk on his face.

The man working in Rome is very slopy, rude, and obnoxious....he just wants you to be wrong, he is not even looking at your previous visas on your passport....he is not responding on the phone or email.

I had an excellent experience at OIS Atlanta with Susan Akerele, whose support was invaluable for my family and me throughout the visa application process. With her expertise and attentive guidance, she made sure we understood each step, offering personalized travel advice and answering all our questions with patience. Her deep knowledge and genuine care provided us with peace of mind, making our journey much smoother and stress-free.

I have heard so many negative comments about OIS service. I must admire I was worried. However, I had a situation where I was contacted by an automated number stating they were from immigration after my submission of an application form. I emailed all relevant services as I was worried about the strange call I received. Out of all the services I emailed, only OIS called me. They didn’t have to but they did. They were kind, reassuring and even gave me some advice. We eventually, worked out it was a scam. I wish all the other services were kind enough to even reply to the email. Thanks OIS for putting my mind at easy. Thank you to the kind man that called me. Wish I knew his name.

Despite bad reviews by word of mouth, I had a completely different experience, the security guard was very helpful and courteous and I was seen within minutes of arriving and was out in about 10 minutes contrary to most review if you have the correct requirements it will go as smooth as….

I've been trying to reach your New York office for several days to check the status of my Nigerian visa application, but no one has answered the phone, and the mailbox won't accept messages. How does offering a "Dedicated call center, expert help" benefit users of OIS services when such issues arise?

These people are thorough in their checks but the staff member that dealt with me confused certain documents. I hold a foreign passport with all rights in the UK. This copy was forwarded after my appointment. I paid £5 for a copy of my old passport that holds the ILR. (Visa page). Instead the security copied the front page and not the ILR visa page. l had to explain and prove myself over and over. That was on 24th May. 25th l had to send my ILR by email. 6th May I get a generated email to say l need to submit my immigration status in UK. Why soo long since 25th May? My flight is on Monday10th. I wrote an email and get no answers.

Do you people care at all??. I have only till 16th in Lagos. I believe the staff member that received my immigration status in an email. I think it did NOT get forwarded on time.

Honestly this is too much.

Please rectify your admin conduct in OIS London. No one needs to be made to look like a criminal with all documents intact.

Also, you people need to stop this nonsense of not picking calls or replying emails. Every customer is important. We aren't begging we are buying services and need prompt responses.
