I won’t recommend anyone to buy from this business unless you don’t mind losing your money.

I won’t recommend anyone to buy from this apps. Firstly, The price you pay at a discount price is more than the price you pay at full price if you go to any shops in London. Secondly, You will be lucky if you orders is delivered to you. I waited for over 3 months for my orders. At the end I have to asked my bank for refund because I don’t believe Oja’s has the intention to deliver my orders. I am surprised a business like this ever exist in England.

Shoddy service!

The order was delivered a day late with no explanation or apology. 3 items totalling £14.97 were missing. The invoice said the items are missing but the money has been credited to my account. It hasn't! I've sent 4 emails asking for the money to be refunded to my bank account. I haven't had a response. I would give no stars if I could!

This was confirmed on their Instagram page on 21.08.2023. It says they stopped operations last month- July 1023. It claims their website can no longer accept payments but at 23.08.2023, it still is taking orders and payments.

My delivery due for Wednesday 16/08/23…

My delivery due for Wednesday 16/08/23 and today is Friday 18/08/23 all effort to get through to Oja to know what happened through e-mail proved abortive. I sent e-mail through my 2 email addresses but not delivered. No other way to get through to Oja as no telephone number to contact them. Up till now I haven't heard what went wrong from oja. This is the second time this will happened.

UNBELIEVABLY POOR SERVICE!

It is mind blowing how bad the service is. I placed an order, with a selected delivery date and almost a whole week after, there has been no delivery and no acknowledgement of the delay. I have contacted their 'customer service' and in the same timeframe, there has been no response. I WANT A FULL REFUND (NOT A STORE CREDIT)!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I will absolutely not be using this service again and I strongly advice others to take caution!

i have to give a 1 star to leave a review. Ordered on thursday, no receipt, no tracking number. have been home all day 3 emails, calls and whatsapp message and not a single reply from them. I am going to push for a refund and not use them again.

I ordered from Oja on the 17th of July and they were meant to deliver on 19th of July. I didn’t receive the order. No tracking was given and even the email is bouncing back. Applauding service. Just refund my money.

I used to work at Oja

I am a former employee of Oja. The terrible service customers are facing is because of the CEO (Mariam Jimoh) and her disgusting behaviour. If you are having trouble contacting customer service it's because there is no customer service team. A lot of employees in the company have left because Mariam is not paying her employees. I would strongly advise not using Oja's service anymore as you will not be able to contact anyone if there is a problem with your order (there is always problems with orders).

NO REFUND FOR NO DELIVERY

I used the company several times in the past with excellent service BUT towards last year having placed an order of over £50...I only received Offel...and it was off. I ordered again and received my order at 11pm the said I wouldn't bother again...Well I didn't learn my lesson. I placed an order for delivery....it didn't arrive. On contact with Oja the stated they delivered but could provide photographic evidence, no tracking was provided and they said no refunds allowed. They then blocked my emails. I've tried to give the benefit of doubt but no. I used all media platforms to contact.
I contacted my BANK TO CLAW BACK MY PAYMENT. Very disappointed with Oja. I will NEVER/SUPPORT this business again.

GIVE MY MONEY BACK SCAMMERS

ZERO COMMUNICATION. A review said that they ordered but haven't received their order and oja have not contacted them. They have done the exact same thing with me. What is going on with this company. I had problems before but i gave then the benefit of doubt because they are a small company. But it turns out they are just outright scamming customers now! They aren't even a small company they have footballer players investing millions of pounds into this company! Where is the money going??

This isn’t the way to go

I have ordered from oja a number of times and gotten a mix of good to fair service. I placed an order before 1pm for a next day delivery and 3 days after, I have neither gotten a response to my emails or a refund.
Please use the same energy you use to send marketing emails to fulfil people’s orders as at when due.
Really disappointed in this service. Give me back my money.

EXCELLENT AND AMAZING SERVICE!!!

I've been shopping from Oja, since November 2022 and to be candid, I've always received an awesome customer service even though there we had some issues along the line of delivery but once I sent the Oja's team an email it was resolved and made sure to give discount on my next order. You may not know the amazing job you are doing through your online shopping, as some of us work's from home and cannot access the shops to get our necessities as we wish but you have made it so convenient for some of us to receive our deliveries at our doorsteps.

This Company Seems Like FRAUD

HORRIBLE SERVICE. It seems they only get back to you if you give them a bad review or email them everyday for weeks, otherwise they will STEAL your money and not give you all your items you ordered. DISGUSTING.

Mariam , process the refund for the missing items!!!!

I received my order yesterday morning. No notification was received before it was delivered I immediately contacted Oja upon realising that there were some missing items . It has been a herculean task to get Mariam to process a refund. I have exhausted all my efforts , so I will contact my bank to get my money back!!! Mariam’s attitude is despicable. As a business owner, her behaviour is extremely disgraceful! I wish I could give zero star!!! Oja has lost its plot.

Update: All the emails that I sent to Oja requesting for a refund were all ignored. I am massively disappointed that Oja has reacted to my review, but still haven’t sent a personal email to me to address this problem and to apologise for the inconvenience that I have experienced instead Mariam , the business owner, sent me a very rude and dismissive email yesterday..Just like some other reviewers on this platform. I have encountered multiple issues with Oja concerning missing items and difficulties with receiving refunds in the past . I am not the only customer that have expressed concerns and disappointment with the modus operandi of Oja on this platform, so why flag mine?

Further update: The owner of Oja just called me this morning to bully me because I left this review. This is NOT a joke ! I am very distressed and I need Trustpilot to investigate this. I have the right to leave an honest review on this platform without any fear .

I am glad that my review was unflagged. The truth can’t be hidden especially when it is indisputable.

You received your order on the 3rd May, wrote to us on the 3rd May and by the 4th May had written this review after emailing our team twice. Our customer service team will get back to you in no more than 72 hours. Your refund of £8.00 (from £49.00) was processed yesterday on the 4th May.

Unfortunately, all promotional items that are subject to availability and clearly stated on the website as limited, cannot always be fulfilled in full. Your entire order was complete except for a few of these items. Any missing or unfulfilled items will always be reflected on the physical invoice in your box and are refunded within 48-72 hours as per the instructions on the invoice sent.

Give me my money back!!

So I placed an order over a month ago. I was disappointed when my order came as i only received less than half of my items.

I immediately emailed customer service to request a refund. It took them 10 days to get back to me.
In my email I specifically requested that the money be sent to my bank account (after seeing other people say they got credit instead of a refund) but they gave me store credit.
So, again, I requested that the refund be sent to my payment card and again, it took them a week to get back to me. The email said the refund takes 5-10 days.
So Oja please tell me why it has now been 14 business days and my refund is nowhere to be found?!?

Before I tried ordering through the website I had always ordered through Ubereats. Back then the service was at its best in my opinion. For some reason ubereats started saying i lived too far to deliver but oh well. I really tried to support you guys but this service is inexcusably bad. You're taking the mick now. I thought I'd get even better service dealing with you directly but I was very wrong. Please give me my money back.

Nothing can be 100% but I'll score oja a 95% in their service and delivery, I'll like to suggest you also inform your customers on any new services introduced on your platform.
