Yup seems they been doing the same to everyone. My father ordered the smartphone and got a wallet, stepped in to short it out cause his English is not good and they offered at the end 60%refund "due to logistics" "bank charges" and the best? They also wanted to keep money for the wallet that they sent by mistake. These kind of people should be in jail. Disgusting
Ordered a mobile from this company and after waiting months they sent the wrong item they "said they sent a replacement " which never arrived then with promises of 3 time lucky the so called tracking said return to sender then get an offer of 60% refund less charges,Please do NOT use this company you won't get your item or your money back complete SCAM be warned
It seems I am yet another person who has been scammed..
I to received a cheap purse instead of a folding phone back in may .I emailed them they said;
Sorry sent wrong item.
I gave them one more chance to send the phone,on Friday I received a cheap pear of sunglasses..I contacted them, they said they did not send them and sent me a tracking note.
It says; in Manchester But I still don't have the phone.
I asked for my money back they said; As it still out for delivery I can't have my money back.
If this phone shows up I will show my bum in Buttons window.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM . THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY.
This site they advertise things and end up sending you the item you never bought. I ordered a Smartphone and yesterday when i received my parcel it was a wallet.
