Improvements are needed
Delivered a few days after what was expected, but that's ok. The issue is that when I opened the package delivered by DPD there was 2 big marks / cracks on the wooden planks, I will try to cover them but it is not really acceptable... Also the explanations to build the furniture could be improved because it takes a lot of time to understand which piece to use & how at each step.

I recieved a product with many defects
I recieved a product with many defects. I contacted customer support, and recieved an answer quickly. They also provided me options whether to get a rebate or be sent a new product. Customer service gets 5 stars.
However as I recieved the product again, it was still defective. Nothing to do with Ok-Living, rather their choice of suppliers.

The furniture themselves were ok…
The furniture themselves were ok quality, a little on the expensive side for what it is - stick with Ikea. The instructions, they were messed up. The instructions explained about as well as a man thats high and has Alzheimer's. Dont buy from this company if you value your sanity.

The order took 8 working days to recieve it , or two weeks! I think even the processing from China is faster.
Also the support when i wrote email was not really helpful! The manual missing a lot of steps when mounting together!
Dont reccomend to buy from your store i had bad expierence
