I could thoroughly recommend a visit to OKA Froxfield (Marlborough). The team were so welcoming and helpful, giving thoughtful advice while I chose cushions to complement my interiors and helping me find gifts for upcoming occasions. I selfishly rang late on a Friday afternoon - but I would never have guessed from the reaction. Bethany answered, and knew exactly what I was talking about. She rang back as promised, very promptly, with further information, and then immediately arranged for the delivery, including a tiresome change of delivery address. When the paperwork arrived later by email I realised that she had had to stay late to deal with all this stuff, but it was such a pleasant encounter that you might have thought it took place in the middle of the day in normal office hours, rather than tiresomely late. Thank you so much!

Lovely product but bad customer service
The cushion covers are gorgeous so I have no complaints about the product. However I bought them very recently in your Marlborough store and while there I asked if there were any discounts coming up that could be applied but was told there were not. A couple of days later I got a brochure through the post offering a 15% discount on full priced items. That’s no way to treat your customers and has put me off returning.
