My purchase arrived very promptly in the UK. Friendly and prompt service when I have emailed as well, which was reassuring. Will use them again. My only criticism is the cost of shipping, however it was fast so I suppose that is what you are paying for.

Yes, there are improvements that the company hopefully will implement to better the customer experience, however, the responsiveness from the company is excellent. Despite having hiccups with the order and process, the communication follow was above par. I would order again from this sight in the future.

Although it took about 2.5 weeks for my package to get here, I understand the time because I live in the USA. Customer service was excellent and prompt. Angela S answered any questions and concerns I had. I will be sure to order from Okdermo again in the future keeping in mind the time it takes for packages to come in.

Happy to have an alternative
Product was exactly what was stated on the website. It took just under two weeks to get it. They were out of a product but quickly conferred with me and suggested another option in its place. The only thing that bugs me is that the total for your order that you see upon checkout, is a few dollars less than what your credit card gets charged. I kinda freaked out at that, at first, not understanding why. Overall not a huge deal, still way cheaper than what I would have had to pay.

With vaniqa currently not being available in the US, this saved me! It arrived quickly and for a very small fraction of the price I'm used to paying. Plus, I didnt have to mess around with a prescription. Will definitely be ordering again soon and from now on.
