The item arrived it was not priced as I anticipated also the tracker system showed both that it was delivered and that it was not delivered two days following delivery. All this made me wonder if I had the correct item.

You did awesome...But please keep a choice for different courier services. From my experience Royal mail always tend to mess up the delivery...which this time is no exception..I am yet to receive the product as Royal mail did a wrong delivery...
