Quality and customer service
I bought I pair of their Johnny reading glasses from Rome airport in June 2022 and this afternoon (28/09/22) they disintegrated in my hands as I was opening them, the arm came away from the hinge. I contacted Okkia who said that they couldn’t deal with the issue and I’d have to take them back from where I bought them! They offered 20% discount off a new pair 😐 As if I’m going to go to Rome airport to exchange them! They look fantastic and are super trendy but I’m so disappointed with the quality and customer service.

We are sorry about what happened, but as we have already told you, you should contact the shop from which you bought the glasses and not us, as there has been no direct sales from our site. The store from which you bought them can find a solution by sending a new pair or in any case find a solution, you do not need to go back to the airport 😉
