The issue has been ongoing for more than six months. I have tried multiple ways to contact Ola, but there has been no resolution from their side.
I strongly advise people not to use Ola. Instead, please use public transportation. Never use Ola, otherwise you may get trapped, and your CIBIL score could be affected.
Therefore, I urge everyone to boycott using Ola.

If you book the OLA cab the charges showing is different from what drivers are asking now a days after meter system in discussions . If you are in hurry you won't have option and opt for it . If you raise concerns with ola team they won't listen and tell you are paying you sort out then who is instructing ola drivers to do this act . Extremely Unsafe Ola Ride – No Action Taken by Support
I booked an Ola cab for my aged parents, and the experience was shocking and completely unacceptable. The cab had a broken window, glass pieces inside, and was in a very messy condition. Midway through the journey, traffic police stopped the driver because he did not have a driving licence or proper documents.
Even after this, the driver forced my parents to pay the full fare (₹711) and asked them to book another cab on their own. Being elderly and not familiar with mobile phones, my parents were extremely stressed and struggled to reach the station on time.
What’s worse is that Ola support refused to take any action and denied a refund, even after such a serious safety issue.
This is unacceptable. Ola must take responsibility for passenger safety, especially for senior citizens. Extremely disappointed.

Yesterday car review
I was just discharged from hospital. Needed to avoid dust and pollution. We boarded an ola cab, worst experience ever!
The car was not maintained well and was in very poor condition, it was very dusty and unhygienic. Windows were open and lot of mosquitos inside the car.
AC was off when we boarded the car. We had to literally tell him to on the Ac. Fan was fixed facing the driver in the middle of the car. How will the passenger receive the cooling? Also one bottle was blocking the cooling flow towards backside.

Ola Electric has very poor support, have been paying advance for 3 months, neither does anyone update, nor are they returning the money. It is a fraud company. I am very upset about ola electric. Last aug 15 date I booked an ola electric scooter using the ola app. And paid 64k plus booking fee on 15 aug. Ola app showing 19 aug delivery date. But till now no one has replied to our query.
