Olatti is a business phone and collaboration system for UK service businesses of any size, from a single user to several hundred. It is operated from Southampton by We UC Ltd, a company founded by Axel Molist, who started UK telecoms provider circle.cloud from a spare bedroom in 2015. After years of reselling other vendors' platforms, his team built its own: the software, the servers it runs on and the network underneath. Olatti opened early access on 15 September 2026. The product gives a business real UK numbers and calling on desk phones, mobiles and desktops, with recording, transcription, summaries, visual call flows and the ability to move a live call between devices. Around that sit direct messages, channels, video meetings and a searchable history of every conversation. From inside any application, a user summons Olatti with a keystroke, or holds down a key and says "call John". Through the Model Context Protocol it connects to assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT, which can send messages and pull call reports on the user's behalf. Recordings, transcriptions and summaries are hosted on Olatti's own infrastructure in UK data centres, not with a third-party AI provider. Olatti is fully bootstrapped and priced from £6 per user per month, billed monthly, with a seven-day trial and no card required. Support comes from the same Southampton team that builds the product. If you use Olatti, we read every review here and reply to each one.

Five stars

Five stars. How a communications company should be.

Olatti is a new company, and it shows in the best way. From the very first conversation, Axel focused on understanding how I actually run my business, then shaped a bespoke service around it rather than offering an off the shelf package. The result is a setup that does what I need, not what a standard product assumes I need.

Axel has been genuinely helpful at every step, responsive and clearly invested in getting it right. It's a refreshing change from the usual experience with service providers.

I'd recommend Olatti to anyone who wants to be sure they're getting the service they need. This is how a service and communications company should be.
