This is the LAST TIME I will ever LOOK AT ANY advertisement ON any social media site - EVER.

If you want accurate skincare advice, go to a dermatologist. They spent a decade in classrooms and with patients and hospitals to learn what they know. They worked on patients identical to you and me - they know what skin conditions can be remedied, enhanced or just left alone. “First, Do No Harm” is the credo all medical doctors abide by when they graduate from medical school - after a VERY LONG (and expensive) PROCESS.

The “voodoo” liquid inside these tiny dropper bottles is just that - BS disguised as helpful liquid. Don’t fall for it. The “model” that smears the stuff in videos on their skin IMMEDIATELY WASH IT ALL OFF WITH HOT WATER once the camera stops rolling. They are doing themselves a disservice by smearing on an unknown liquid for money - oh well, we all gotta eat.

And the “Money Back Guaranty?” That’s like trying to find the 800 number for any tech company - they don’t have one. Why do they have one?

-> Because, with all the BILLIONS they’re worth they don’t want to spend a dime on “Customer Service” since they KNOW the phone lines would be jammed with complaints ALL DAY LONG and customers who want their MONEY BACK - good luck with that!

I grew up during a time when there were ZERO CELL PHONES, NO COMPUTERS, nothing but human-to-human contact and an occasional telephone call with my friends and family.

WE WERE MUCH BETTER OFF BACK THEN - no gadgets to carry around and have to charge every few minutes, no PAY WALL if you want to read something online, no constant RIDICULOUS solicitations from China, Russia, Ira or India etc etc. And WHY DO THOSE CALLS EMANATE FROM THISE COUNTRIES?

Because HUMAN LABOR IS DIRT CHEAP IN THOSE PLACES and to SELL people 24/7 to buy some idiotic liquid using hard earned money is a job for an unskilled person - as long as they can READ A SHORT SALES SCRIPT over and over and over for an 8-10 hours gift they’ll get paid a few quarters and dimes.

SOCIAL MEDIA JUST MADE IT 1000X WORSE.!

THE WORLD HAS GONE NUTS SELLING CRAP ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT.

TONIGHT, when you arrive at your home, kiss your wife or husband and your kids, ask them “How was your day?!” and IMMEDIATELY TURN OFF YOUR CELL PHONE AND YOUR COMPUTER - as in OFF!!! and don’t even look at them again until you get to work tomorrow morning.

This stuff is junk and has a lot of FREE LIQUID in it from CHINA that will irritate skin. Plus it doesn’t work anyway. Don’t buy it and don’t buy anything being sold in Instagram, X, Twitter, The Facebook, LinkedIn, nowhere!!

What I'm hearing is we all need to get together and file a class action lawsuit!
I was on Olavita website, selected 1 product. Got brought to another screen, was told my order was incomplete and not processed. I declined any and all upgrades. Got an alert from my CC I was charge $268.95!!! For stuff I didn't want and absolutely had declined. Called the number on the website, 3 hang ups. Called another number on their site, lvm, no response. Emailed my complaint, got email back saying we already shipped your order!!! Bs, all of this was done in the same day!!! I was told to return it unopened and I'll get my refund. When it arrives I'm returning it certified mail and they will have 24 business hours to return my money or get sued!!! My CC said because I initiated contact by being on their website they can't refund my money!!!

My wife ordered products from Olavita that immediately broke her face out with red sores, whelps, and more. When she tried to use the 90 day satisfaction guaranteed policy, they would not accept, told her they no longer accept returns. When we started digging into their reviews, online videos, complaints against them, we realized that they are selling a product that is being manufactured in CHINA that is harming AMERICAN consumers, then refusing to make right. Many online are saying the are a scam. We now believe this. We urge anyone that has been harmed to contact the Government agencies such as FTC, FDA and contact your Congressman. I am sure Trump would love to hear how about this.

Under no circumstances buy this product from Olavita. I purchased 1 bundle from them but after reading reviews I changed my mind especially as Amazon sells it cheaper, check it out. I contacted Olavita explaining above and was advised to return it for a full refund. I posted it registered delivery which cost me £12.40 so when I contacted them for an update I couldn't get through. I noticed online Lisa from Olavita still promoting it so I emailed her to which she advised it wasn't received but she'd keep me up to date, I haven't heard from her since but I'm outta pocket for £56 + recorded delivery £12.40.

This stuff didn’t work for me. I have been trying since February to get my refund but customer service, at first wouldn’t respond to my emails. It’s been weeks since I returned the unopened, unused second bottle of serum and still have not received my refund. It seems this company is not in the return within 90 day full refund category as it claims. Buyer beware. The serum did absolutely nothing for me except madd my face stiff!

Same as I'm reading for everyone, OLIVITA IS A SCAM, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They see end you products you Dec didn't order and then refuse to take it back.

Just looked at this ad that popped up uninvited. There is no way a serum can knock 20 years off your wrinkles . Once you have wrinkles they are there to stay. Yes you can moisturise and hydrate your skin to soften them but the photos in this ad are absolute fairy tales!

This is a dishonest company. The goods are over-priced. I had the same poor experience as other customers. Though I thought I had not completed the order process, I found that they had deducted money from my debit card. I requested cancelation of orders right away. Instantly I received an email from the company saying that the order had been cancelled and refund made. But after a few hours, the customer service informed me that the goods had been dispatched and the order could not be canceled. Obviously they purposely disregarded the cancelation requests of customers.

I can't believe I have been so stupid. Completely taken in this morning by the popping up of an amazing 'face serum from Tesco' ad on my phone, I went into the website and foolishly started to order. I went on to a new page of the order, then decided against ordering - however discovered immediately that the money (£119, twice as much as it should have been) had already been taken out of my credit card account. I had got my saved credit card details up on my phone, but hadn't pressed 'pay', so they obviously have a way round this. Contacted my credit card company, hoping to get the payment stopped, but they said they couldn't do this. Emailed the support line of the company, and was told in a friendly email that my order had been cancelled and my money would be refunded within 5 days. (I've had to change my credit card so that they can't take any more money from me).
However this evening I received a email telling me my order had been despatched. I received an answer in response to my angry email telling me that I could send the product back and they would guide me through the process. From reviews on this site, which I should have looked at, I can imagine how well that would go!
So I've learnt a very expensive lesson, and in addition it looks as though the product is worse than useless. Don't go anywhere near this website!

I unfortunately didn't look at this review before doing this order. Even before they took out my money I called my card operator and tried to cancel the order. I emailed them to cancel twice and they ignored this request. They took the money anyway. I have put a stop on any more money been taken out. It is a big concern that so many people have made complaints, and nobody has looked into this. Do not buy anything from this company. Just checked on Amazon and is selling for £5.99.

Absolute con.Bought one bottle £39.95, charged £41 then another £77 processed unauthorised transaction, contacted the company (Sophie) and was asked for a screenshot.Told them I would not be doing that for fear of more unauthorised transactions being taken...since then being ignored...do not buy its a complete con I always research companies and didn't with this one.More fool me.

Realized that it is just too much money so tried to cancel the order an hour after it was placed and they sat it had shipped already - which tracking showed that was not true. I did not realize that they were never going to refund my money even though I did everything they asked even paying for it to go back to China. 2 months after they received my return and nothing.
Guess it is my fault for believing in people. I am out this money I won't be so ready to believe what I read.

Don't Buy!! I too did not know it was made in China. Saw no change in skin except my face started itching.
The itching stopped after quitting the product. WASTE of money!

Silly me, almost got sucked in!! Previously I have been scammed by a fake company so decided to check this product on trust pilot (thank goodness for their reviews) I was totally disgusted with their fake advertising, this time they never managed to steal my hard earned money, people beware always check reviews, if it’s too good to be true, it’s fake!!!!

All these poor ratings are from Amazon buying from China, stop buying cheap knock-offs and get it from Boots yaa bunch of tight bottoms 🫏🫏

I had the exact same problem with AMAZON. IT was with a different product but the product was a fake, and it too was from china and I wasn’t able to get a refund or a replacement for the real product. I am still really hot under the collar about that.

I received serums from OLAVITA & wanted to return them for a refund. Despite paying to return the package to China at the address given to me by their customer services. I now have no product and they’ve basically stolen my money. I have been conned by them and feel foolish, especially as I paid to send it to China, but don’t know who to turn to!

This is an absolute scam, doesn’t work, they don’t read the dozens of emails I sent them & reply offering 30% discount.
As if I would ever buy anything from them again.
Don’t fall for this con. I am embarrassed that I did.

If I could zero stars, I would. Yes I fell for the hype. One more thing that didn’t work. I do agree with these reviews saying this is snake oil. I contacted the company regarding how to return the product. After the person apologized for the product not working, I was asked how long had I used it. I said “a month and I want to return it for a refund“. I was ignored for several days, I reached out again and asked, and was given some convoluted address in China:

I’m guessing they already know that no one is going to take the time or the large expense to return this to China.
I asked twice who was paying for the return postage! Again, ignored. Then someone reached out telling me that it wasn’t a Chinese product. I never said it was a Chinese product. I said it came from China.
It’s so unfortunate so many companies nowadays can sleep at night after taking advantage of consumers! Shame on them…
