Similar to other recent reviews. This company popped up on Facebook and purports to be London based, The items came from India and to return them, they also have to go back to India at your expense. Complete sham and scam. I will report to Facebook. The garments are cheap imitations. Dont buy them.

They replied below sounding like they care but like everything else it is totally false.

They offered me 30% refund then 60%. I insisted on 100% which they agreed and said they would pay the return postage which was £21 as it was to India. They did pay the 100% cost of goods but have not paid the £21 so basically I’m 50% down. Total scam. Lesson learnt. But please everyone - just avoid.

Callaway half zip top. Shocking product quality, bulky, sleeves too short. Not a Callaway product. Complete rip off. Took weeks to arrive. I wish I'd read the reviews first.

Company website looks great with amazing looking products. Ordered a callaway 1/4 zip. What arrived was a 100% polyester fleece direct from china with a cheap embroidered callaway logo.
Stay well away from this company.

This ‘company’ is a complete scam,including the fake website and the fake reviews.
You will get a fake item weeks later from China or India and that’s where you would have to return it.
Callaway are investigating them, I have also notified Trustpilot and Trading Standards.
They need to be prosecuted and shut down.

I ordered (Nov 2nd 2025) a 'Callaway Golf Top' based on the imagery supplied on their web site. The delivery didn't meet this delivery promise and took 15 days coming direct from China! What arrived was a 'Fleece' with the Callaway name embroidered on it. I questioned its authenticity and was offered the opportunity to return it to India! Their customer service did agree to refund all the costs but did I really need all this hassle. I eventually accepted a 50% refund. Old-London is just a website 'shop' not an actual location!
I question their statement "Since 2002, the London-based label has become part of the fast-growing clothing and lifestyle scene in the UK" - I won't ever but from them again and if you do - be wary!

Terrible, the site makes you think it’s local, but it’s not, I ordered on 7th November and it’s arrived today, very little contact, when my parcel has arrived, it has a Chinese postage stamp!! Won’t be ordering again!

I’ve had plenty of so-called “premium” shoes that don’t last, but these are the real deal. Nicely finished, great grip, and they still look new after a few weeks. Worth every penny.

Payment taken on 5th Nov, item arrived today, 25th Nov. I believe item is a fake copy of the advertised product. Don't buy from Old London! Caveat Emptor!

Didn’t think a fleece could look this smart. It’s light but warm, and the Callaway logo gives it that premium touch. Ideal for layering up on cold mornings.

Ordered two Callaway items of clothing, Gillette and 1/4 zip top. Only the Gillette arrived totally Fake supposed to be an XXL too and its not even a Large. I had emailed to cancel this order on Nov 11th and refund me but no reply and this rubbish turned up today 21st Nov and only half the rubbish turned up too.

Well this company say and show the right items. Then they arrive 3 weeks later Wow the quality and the material was embarrassing zips stop halfway down also a button on tops not shown on there site. I ordered 2 smalls 1 is bigger than the other. Please Do Not Order from this company.

Total scam. Avoid this company at all cost. Counter fit products from China. Convincing trading name Old London but fake shop in China.

I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. After repeated delays, broken promises, and what felt like constant excuses, I completely lost confidence in their ability to deliver honest and reliable service.

When my parcel finally arrives, I won’t be returning it—not because I’m satisfied, but because I no longer trust that I would ever see a refund.

I dealt directly with Isabella , their customer service AI Bot, and although polite, “she” is clearly programmed to avoid doing what is legally right and requested by the customer if it means cancelling orders or processing refunds.

This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had, and I would strongly urge others to not proceed with caution, but rather not to proceed at all.

Placed 2 orders in quick succession (first went to old address and is lost) now i've only received one gilet when i ordered two....pathetic company

Ordered thinking I was getting Callaway golf clothing , but just cheap counterfeit jacket. Luckily bank stopped transaction as item didn't arrive . Arrived about 4 wweks later now they are asking me to pay to return item to India. Told them to poke it
