This may be a harsh review. I received an email, on Thursday, apologising about problems with DPD resulting in a delay. I responded asking for a ‘when’ ETA. No response and now I receive a ‘How did we do?’
I’m sure this is an automated process error but, well, there lies the heart of many problems…
DAYS later, NO response. NO merchandise delivered. NOTHING - like customer service or who gives a sh_t points! THEY, Olectrical, obviously do not. They took my money and gave me nothing in return. May they rot!

Dishonest company
Rubbish service my order was not delivered despite that I have been charged for it and on top of that I have been chasing your company by emails, filling out your online forms and leaving several voicemails despite alll that olectrical company has still not responded by emai, text or phone call. I want my full refund ASAPaa your company has failed not to deliver under the consumer rights I am entitled to a full refund and compensation. Anyone interested purchasing from this company do not.
