Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. Purchased an LED light panel and one side did not work.
Sent countless emails and left messages on the phone as they do not answer but they never get back to you.
I would not recommend using this company

Non existing Customer Service

Well, I'm still waiting for someone to contact me about a faulty light fitting - the voicemails are not being returned, the emails are being ignored and I've been trying since June.

Potential fraudulent company

Purchased item in good faith but Olelctrical informed me 3 weeks after the purchase that DPD and FedEx would be charging and additional £25 to deliver my item to Northern Ireland. I was offered the option to cancel the order which I did, however I have not been refunded nor have the company contacted me again. I am suspecting some criminal activity is behind this because I know both DPD and FedEx have both delivered items to me on numerous occasions without any surcharge. I would not recommend using Olelectrical under any circumstances.

Placed order and expected prompt…

Placed order and expected prompt delivery as for an urgent job, received an email saying “we are experiencing delays with our courier,please allow an additional day for delivery” several days later after several “Vodafone voicemail” messages (seems a bit odd for a business) not responded to,and emails,receive a message that the supplier had insufficient stock to fulfill the order and they had cancelled the order !
Customer has now gone elsewhere as I couldn’t say when I might be able to install, very shoddy service, best to avoid Olectrical or your business too,may suffer

I ordered an Infrared panel Heater with…

I ordered an Infrared panel Heater with timer , I even have the screen shots for proof, Item turned up with no timer..... I have emailed the company several times, I got fed up and asked for return details.... Nothing since.... I've ended up keeping the item that is useless for what I needed. I won't be using them again. Its been over 3 months!

Not good

Ordered a mirror stone infrared heater, the website said, 'hurry up 6 left in stock after I had paid, I received an e-mail saying it was back ordered and would be a month out. The website then said 5 in stock, asked for a refund and crickets so kick it back to my bank to take care of, incompetent at best and fraudulent at worst.

Fantastic cutomer care

I placed an order with ease, however the item was out of stock after order placed. But no bad thing, they tried to get stock and kept me informed and then made me an offer on an alternative product which meet my needs perfectly. Highly recommend this company.
