Ignore repeated attempts to get answers and service. Then when they do respond they do nothing but degrade you and call you stupid and ask if you can read along with other countless put downs.

I can't wear the watch because the band is too small.

I ordered the Olveston Couple Watches – 5563 on 17 March 2025, expecting a pair of watches as shown on their website—one for men and one for women. The product listing clearly showed two watches and used the term "couple watches", which strongly implies a set of two.
What I received was just one men's watch. I had bought this as a gift for my daughter and son-in-law for Eid, and was left disappointed and unable to give it.
I requested a return and refund on 10 April, well within the 14-day cooling-off period under UK law. At first, my request was refused. Only after I referenced UK consumer rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) did they agree—but only under unfair conditions:
• I had to pay for return shipping
• They deducted VAT and part of the original shipping cost

I've had this watch about 2 years only worne it a few times but noticed that it wasn't working so I changed the battery but it still doesn't work it's cheap crap and will never buy this brand again I would have expected it to have lasted longer than this.
it's quite nice but i don't like the guy's face all over my watch box and inside the box as well. expected better packaging and quality for the price as well. one of my watches came with the missing tag. i also ordered the black box but they didn't bother to inform me and gave me the white box instead, stating simply that they ran out without any apology. will not be purchasing again.
The watch took so much time to come, with very less tracking information available. The watch is good overall. It will last max 1 year. So buy for fun/occasion. Not a goto watch if buying for long term.
I received my replacement watch in short time. I had to prove that my first watch was an out of box defect. Olevs watch case and bands are well made and to me stylish. I have had issues with the mechanism but return to Olevs because of the construction and am also satisfied with their customer service. My suggestion to Olevs is to establish a repair service center or an authorized dealer in the USA.
I have purchased 3 different Olevs watches in the past two years and all three stopped working after about 6 months. I thought I just got a bad one but on all 3, the second hand begins to catch and then stops altogether. I have asked for refund or another watch but no no reponse.

I love buying different brands of watches and trying them out. Every since I purchased the Olevs business womens watch, that's the only brand I buy now. I find it to be a very sophisticated, affordable watch. The packaging was flawless, and the watch definitely followed suit.
The company sent out the ring really quick. Their correspondence regarding the shipment was great.
Overall I am very pleased with the watch, however I am unable to see the time in the dark as the illumination is not there.
Automatic watch system is useless. Even 200 windings last for less than two days and according to Olevs themselves it's only 40 hours

Nice looking watches but battery doesn't even last 9 months, the back cover won't pop off, plus the chain links are nigh on impossible to get off without breaking the chain removal tool, mine broke already, like I say good looking but much improvement needed re the quality and usage....

This is the most immoral and dishonest company I have ever encountered in my life. The watch features mention blood sugar and blood pressure measurement, but these are unfortunately not available. I checked these features as soon as I received the watch, but they do not exist. Additionally, the watch has no sound, only vibration. I have written approximately ten times via the chat on the website and via email, requesting to return the watch in accordance with the company policy, but my requests have never been responded to. I paid $120 and deeply regret buying it.

I have 4 of these watches so I'm a "Customer" I guess. That said a month ago one of the pins broke where the band meets the watch. When this happened the piece the pin is located in was lost. I've emailed them 4 times and called 3, looking to get the replacement piece or buy a new band from them. Not one response?
Suffice to say if you buy one of these watches and need support you're on your own. One would think after 4 purchases someone would reply and either offer to send me a few of the pieces for free or at least charge me to either purchase them or a new band. Not the case. Buyer beware

The first piece that connects directly to the watch, the one that encases the pin which broke, has been lost when the pin disconnected. I either need to replace it or buy a new band if I must. I'm happy to purchase either a few of the pieces that I reference or a new band. I can send a picture if that helps, not sure how else to describe what I'm referencing.
Can you send me few of the pieces (So I have extra in case this happens again) I need or a new band for the watch? As I said I'm happy to pay for either or. You have my email

Everything I've stated here is the truth and can be proved without question. This site is supposed to be for the benefit of consumers. Obviously when a consumer writes an unfavorable review it's only natural the vendor will dispute it, this is to be expected. As for my experience with Olves watches, you can choose to do what you want regarding my review of them. It would be unjust to the consumer / public to not let them know what they would possibly be in for if they use this vendor. As for me, I'm moving on from this. It's been a bad experience and feel the right thing to do was my part to let the public know what they would probably be in store for if they used this site, Something so simple as to just buy a replacement band should have been a simple request. I was never looking for something for free. I repeatedly offered to buy it but they refused.
We move on, hope never to heart about this again
