I placed an order for a perfume on March 25, order number #2984, and paid €53. The company stated delivery would take place between March 26 and March 30.

As of now, I have not received my order. I also did not receive any shipping confirmation or tracking details. I have contacted the company but received no response.

i have also written several emails to the contact details they stated and still no response. This lack of communication and failure to deliver the product is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this website.

I placed an order (#2584) on January 26, 2026 which would be delivered between January 28 - 30. It's March 31 now and I still haven't seen the products I ordered.

I've sent multiple e-mails directly to them and via their websites, but I never had a reply. I also sent an e-mail via the address that can be seen from the person responding here, but again, no reply.

At the time of purchase, it was clearly stated that the delivery would arrive by March 18. Today is March 25, and I have not received my order. I also did not receive any shipping confirmation or tracking number.

I have tried to contact the company multiple times via email but received no response at all.
