Fits great! I love it!

I placed an order on Nov. 17th. Guaranteed to be received before Christmas. I have not received my order to this date. Tracking info shows label created, not yet in system. I sent numerous emails, and it's always the same response. Product will arrive shortly. I will never order from them again. I hope that I am not out $60.

It was a win-win situation! Easy to order, delivery was on time and the product is of excellent quality and very pretty.

Terrible customer service Cheaply made clothes. Major rip off

This company will not respond or issue returns. They claim to be based in South Carolina but beware, the English is WAY off! I hope my credit card company will make a refund, but I might be out of $60. The item I ordered looked awesome in the photo and VERY ugly out of the package. DO. NOT. ORDER. From this company!!!

Ordered 2 outfits, both very cheaply made, sizing way off. Spent $92.63. No response to my email to return. Will contact credit card company and report as scam. Also report to BBB.

Loved all 3 outfits I ordered. They fit really good. Customer service was quick to respond to my email.

I just received my purple shirt. The quality is very nice and I’m anxious to wear it to an upcoming event!

I ordered 11/29/23. Still nothing. Made the second payment thru Klarna. No phone number to call. When I email about my order I receive back what appears to be an automated response that says the same thing. Very unhappy in all regards

I have been going "round and round" trying to figure out HOW to return my merchandise. I can't seem to get a phone number to contact Olgea to send this stuff BACK! Can anyone help? My only other recourse is to contact my credit card company and tell them to stop payment!

The material is very nice but the return policy is not.

Bought 7 i teams off the website. The sizing guide is not even close to realistic. Return policy is ridiculous and there is no phone number to call to process the return. They don’t get back to your email. Quality of clothing is extremely cheap. Will never order anything with them again. And would recommend you don’t either!

Horrible service! Actually no service at all!!! I placed an order on 12/03, 3 outfits and did the 30 day payment plan through Klarna. I have received nothing from OLGEA, not a confirmation, or shipping info!!! All communication so far has come from Klarna. I wish now I would have read these reviews on here as I cannot make contact with anyone at OLGEA!!!

I received my order today. The material is not what I expected and not worth the money. I haven't even tried the outfits on.

I ordered two outfits from Olgea. The outfits came, but the sizing was very weird and I wanted to return them - too big or too small although all were Medium. I am careful about ordering clothes online, so I was very aware of Olgea's 30-day return policy. It seemed pretty straightforward. However, I have tried to contact the company - following their instructions exactly - and have had no response at all. I guess I'm stuck and have wasted my money. It's a shame companies like this discourage people from ordering from legitimate online companies. I will never order clothes online again.

Received wrong size. Would never have ordered a small. Been trying to pay shipping to get the XL and have no idea how to do it. Company said not to mail back small. I either want my money back or sent an XL for free. Willing to return small size. Thank you.
