Excellent ISP. Setup was quick an easy, the community is great to talk with and the connection has been rock solid.

Great service brilliant company, thank you. Time from order to installation was extremely quick. Could maybe benefit from a little more advice around recommended router and setup, but figured it out in the end.
Great experience from sign up to switch. I was already a CityFibre user so managed to skip the installation part of the process. I was kept up to date on the progress of the switch and all my questions were answered super quickly. Communication is great and just no nonsense.
Love em, proper hang out for similar minded tech nerds. Staff are friendly, always on hand to help out (Discord) and care about getting the best out of the connection you have. Its never a case of a scripted call centre operative who says "the computer says no, have your turned it off and on again".

This company keeps promises, has extremly quick customer service, and delivers reliable internet access. What more can you ask for.
I'm on a 900mbps service right now, through Openreach and it's been the most stable connection I've had, and we have many devices connected (wired where possible, but also wireless) using my own router and wireless access points.

I’ve used several providers in the past, but this one stands out. The service is reliable, and the support team is excellent. I experienced an issue with my Dream Machine Pro, and it was resolved within minutes — not hours or days like I’ve experienced elsewhere. Very impressed and would highly recommend

I switched from Sky to Olilo on the 900mb Prosumer using the OTS service and it was seamless. I contacted support via email for login details and they responded within 15mins. Fantastic product that I cannot recommend highly enough.

The team at Olilo have been great, they are good fun, and interact with the community alot, if you have issues they are more then helpful and happy to support regardless if the issue is on your Configuration or on there end, they have gone above and beyond to support there customers and the discord is great!

Really easy and no fuss experience in getting set up with Olilo! Aydan booked in the starting date right away (for a completely new Openreach ONT & connection no less) and everything was ready on the day! When it turned out that the fibre was damaged they booked in an engineer right away who came and fixed up the fibre connection. I got the PPP credentials via email a few days before and once the fibre was fixed up everything just worked.
Latency is excellent, IPv6 worked (after a bit of extra static IPv6 configuration, thanks to Openreach's quirks), pppd can just connect, 1508 MTU just works, and I couldn't be happier

Really impressed with Olilo so far. The connection is fast, stable and just works.
The best part is the support — their Discord helpline is amazing, quick and easy to deal with. I also tried email once (not because anything was wrong, just wanted a bit of help), and Liam was very helpful.
Its great to deal with an ISP that actually cares about its customers.

There’s no better test of a company’s ability to deliver than a one month rolling contract - if you’re not happy you can just cancel and move on. I’ve been with them 6 months already and I won’t be cancelling any time soon.
The connection is perfect. Blazing fast. The installation was efficient, on time and the city fibre team went above and beyond to get the cable to my comms cabinet, which isn’t the easiest place to get to.
And there’s the support. Helpful, fast and even got me back up and running after an issue that turned out to be a stray static route on my own router - totally my fault but they were only too happy to help!
Can’t recommend Olilo highly enough!

I have been a customer for a few months now and I have to say my experience has been outstanding. I like to think of Olilo as a Andrews and Arnold for the 21st century. The service is fast, never dropping below my subscribed rate of 1.6Gbps. Support is always available though I've not had any Openreach related issues to deal with yet. I'm treated in the way the website bills their service for - i.e. for technical folks.

I have been a customer for approximately six months. Their service has been exactly what you want from an ISP - uneventful.
Stable connection, good latency and decent speeds.
I've had no need to contact support, as there have been no service issues.

What can I say - Olilo are brilliant.
It is just like ISPs used to be in the late 1990s - a small knowledgeable company, with actual humans who you can talk to.
No phoning up to negotiate a new contract with offshore call centers with price hikes mid contract.
No contract lock in (CityFibre at least)
Extremely reasonable price.
Fast symmetric speeds. 2.5gbit/sec. Hard to beat.
Super responsive, personal customer service. No call centers or chatbots.
A helpful community.
Very good IPv6 support, IPv4 static IP.
I am in Scotland and backbone is via CityFibre's national network, closer to London I understand there is more direct peering. Even so it works perfectly for my households needs.
Take the 1 star reviews on this site with a pinch of salt. Some people kick up as learned behaviour to get what they want - you don't need to do that with Olilo, just email or ping the team directly on Discord.
You do need to know how to buy and configure a router and setup your network.
Check out the community on Discord before you buy if you are at all concerned. Check with them beforehand if you can be connected.

I've been with numerous ISPs throughout the years and this is the best one hands down. One main thing for me is being able to actually speak to support that you can understand and they understand your issue. I had a few issues with the set up of a router but the staff and community helped massively in the Discord to help resolve
