This is a company with no credibility. During the Black Friday sale on the website, I purchased a jacket and used a discount coupon. The customer service told me that they couldn't deliver the goods, and the reason given was that the item was out of stock. What's even more ridiculous is that when I placed the order on the website, the inventory showed that the goods could be delivered that day. Moreover, the other color and size of this jacket were also being sold normally. I proposed to change the color or size and continue the delivery, but the customer service refused my request and forcibly closed my order. I continued to seek compensation from the customer service, but they gave an insincere compensation (10% discount coupon). Since I had already used a 10% discount coupon on this order, it made no difference whether I received compensation or not. The customer service's attitude and series of actions made me feel disgusted. Don't order any items from this website. It's just a scam website. The following screenshot can prove that everything I said is true.

The rope arrived within a day and in perfect conditions. I received what was expected.

Very fast delivery

I ordered some climbing equipment and waited almost a month for delivery. They sell goods that they do not have in stock. When I opened the 6 Pack climbing quickdraws are missing. I paid for a 2x6 pack. When I filed a complaint, they told me that they would investigate my case, but since then nothing has happened.

I've been wanting to buy something from this shop for a while now as their items are really competitively priced and well stocked. And the opportunity came recently when I was in need of new Kit. There was an issue with me checking out. And the customer service staff here went above and beyond to help me get me what I needed and in a timely fashion to Australia.

All in all an excellent experience. If you're ever thinking about it or are sitting on the fence to order something online from here, consider not further and just do it.

While the product did come as described. The returns policy, particularly for countries outside of the European Union (Australia), is substandard. Upon return of an Italian product bought from Italy, I paid 25% of the value of the product in fees which while mentioned as a possibility, were not enumerated, (after already paying return shipping on top of this). If you do believe there is a chance you will return a product, and you live outside the EU. Be wary

I love Oliunid and always check them out first when buying something they stock. Great selection, prices, and super nice staff.
