First, it's hard to answer this survey when it's in Italian.
The main pisitive experience is the quick response of the support team, and the helpful service.
My complain was on the shipping time. I was on a vacation of 7 days in Greece, so it seems to be safe enough to make an order when the delivery is within 72 hours from shipment. Apparently, the courier says that for some destinations the delivery will be in 6 days. Luckily, I received my order on the last evening of my vacation.

Repeate customer, Oliunid refused a accept a return for correct size shoes...
I have purchased 3 pairs of shoes from Oliunid.it over the last 9 months.
The first two transactions went smoothly, I was charged about $22 for shipping and handling.
A few weeks ago, I ordered the same shoes, this time the shipping/handling charge was $63, about 3 times as much as the previous orders.
The shoes arrived and they were the wrong size, they say it was my fault, I don't believe it was.
Regardless, they were unworn and I asked if I could return them and order the correct size . They said they said no. They proposed that I try to resell them!
On top of that, I received a bill from UPS for $65 for duty on Oliunid shipment of the wrong size shoes.
I was shocked having been a good customer of theirs, and I appealed to them one last time.
Their final offer was a 10% refund, I am speechless.
Buyer beware!!

Regarding the $65 UPS duty charge, these are import fees charged by the carrier and US customs authorities. Unfortunately, these costs are completely outside our control and are determined by customs regulations and carrier policies.

They sell gear they don't have in stock
They sell gear they don't have in stock, this was showing "in stock" in my cart. Following up 15 days later, they offer refund the missing item and ship the remainder or wait 7-10 more days for restock. Now shipping to Australia is expensive and I bulk buy so I chose to wait. Following up 15 days later, item still not in stock although it shows "in stock" on their website. They refused to ship the items separately.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Second time buying here. The first time, it took a month to deliver. The second time, after more than a month wait, and not even working tracking code (they claim the postal service can't track their parcels, which I know not to be true), I asked for a refund.
They responded quite promptly that they asked the courier to return the package to their warehouse, and upon arrival of the shipment (that I've never seen) they would refund me for the shoes.
I've been waiting for this to happen. In the meantime, I left the country and two weeks later I receive a call from the place I used to live in that the shoes have been delivered!
Two months late, and with a return and refund that was never processed.
At this point, I doubt I will ever see a refund!
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! Give yourself a favour, and buy from other online retailers that deliver in actual 2 working days for just $10 more.
