The cut is beautiful on their volk wool pants, the finish details too, BUT the fabric quality is not acceptable. In higher stress areas there's HEAVY pilling, connected to low quality fabric. I'd wish... See more

I have bought many items from Olive and I love them all. The ones that weren't right for me, I was able to return very easily and refunded within a few days. Their customer service is excellent and I'm kept up to date with emails. The quality of the items I have received is excellent for the price.

Purchased a skirt recently and will definitely purchase another. Reminds me of late 70s early 80s chic. Gorgeous fabric and nicely made. Will definitely use again

Always have a good experience…
I'm not sure why there are some bad reviews. I love Olive and have bought quite a few jumpers from them and never had a problem. The quality and fit is good and the items arrive within a few days. I'm impressed by the % of wool in their jumpers which are very warm.
Lovely designs but poor quality
Its so sad because the designs are lovely. Really poor quality, I bought two dresses and wore them once and the threads are unraveling! They were loose from the start and the dress is too baggy on me. Cost £65!!! Won't be buying anything again
Poor customer services
I have bought may items from Olive and this is the first time I have needed the help of customer services. The phone number is dead and three messages via their chat have yet yo elicit a reponce - very disappointing.
Not for the large chested
Bought a "one size fits all" dress. Let me tell you, this is NOT for our busty girlies AT ALL. I'm a size 8/10 with fairly large whompers, and this thing wouldn't even cover my left nip. Should be called "one size fits all, but only if you're slim and have itty bitty tittys". Also just poor quality for the price. Loose threads, and really thin fabric. I really wanted to love it, but I was so disappointed 😞
Amazing customer service
Bought a pair of trousers from Olive, customer service was brilliant, gave me an update delivery and were extremely helpful about exchanging and getting a different size, they were also really quick at emailing me back every time. Trousers are perfect, really high quality, I would highly recommend Olive to other people and will definitely shop with them again.
innacurate measurements, no free returns, underwhelming quality
ordered the yugi balloon pants for men in size L after i measured myself in full according to the description of the item, they qualify a 34" waist as L and said that if u were in between sizes always size up, the delivery was really quick and tracking always updated( even tho they use fedex and u cannot choose week-end days for delivery if you're not home). the issues start at fitting, the waist is too large, the fit too baggy (even if the baggy silhouette is the reason for purchase), legs too long. no free returns which i knew but was confident about the measurements, that i miticulously checked before buying. For the returns they said to pick an option with tracking but from france to UK shipping was 20 euros in addition to the 125 euros i paid for the jeans. they advise to mentionn that the package is returned marchandise with no commercial value but UPS asks for the invoice still ( waiting to see if it causes more border control fees). the quality of the jean itself is underwhelming, the black is more grey-ish due to a partial dye job and a lot of white threds are visible from underneath the dyed fabric, the denim is thinner than some pairs of thrifted jeans i purchased for 5 euros. the sizing is innacurate and the brand is over priced from the experience i had. they do have intresting cuts and silhouettes but it's not worth a blind buy if you never tried the items in real life.
An order never received
I bought a pair of pants and they never arrived in my letterbox. Olive clothing doesn't want anything to do with it because, according to them, the carrier says it was delivered. So know that when you order, if the delivery person makes a mistake or decides not to drop off your package, you'll have no recourse because according to them it's your fault.
Customer service is bad and won't listen to me.
I lost 100€ and time arguing with them.
Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service, there sizing is incredibly small and they only have one size option, I’m an 8-10 and bought a top that felt a bit tight but I liked it so kept it.
Washed it once as described on the label and it shrunk, I emailed them and they apologised profusely. Then said they would send me another when I said I wanted a refund instead I was refused and then they stated there was nothing wrong with product. I went back forth asking why they apologised then, and why aren’t they asking for me to return it to look at it. And they just kept refusing and not replying to my questions. They wouldn’t let me speak to a manager and were short in messages. Really crappy customer service for overpriced poor quality clothes. I’ve also had a dress from them in the past with stitching all over the place.
If you’re above a UK 10 don’t bother with this brand
I’m a UK 12, ordered a skirt in M and couldn’t get it on. I liked the colour and pattern so returned it and ordered it in L. It’s still very small. More like a UK 10 which is absurd for a L. Going to have to return it again.
I purchased two dresses from Olive and…
I purchased two dresses from Olive and realised that somehow my address was incomplete, so I contacted customer services; as soon as I received the order confirmation email they said it had already been sent and that it would likely be returned to sender and upon that, I would receive a refund.
Why would a business send items to a very incomplete address (no house no. or street name!!), and heaven knows when I will receive said refund? Not a good service at all, and I will not be re-purchasing upon my refund (when I get it).
Great Customer support!
My order came quick and exactly as described. I then had a small issue with the product I ordered but the customer support acted quick and sorted the issue in no time. Great experience! :)
I ordered a M/L jumper
I ordered a M/L jumper, it cost $20 deliverey to Australia. It was so small it did not even fit my daughter-in-law who is a size 8. It was smaller than the S/M measurements quoted on the website and cost a further $31 to return the item, they then denied the sizing was incorrect, sure I got the garment cost refunded but I lost $51 on this transaction, they totally denied the garment was sized incorrectly. extremely dissatisfied with their response and will not purchase from them again. Dont be fooled, their sizing does not match website, I am a size 12 and their M/L would fit maybe a 12 year old.
Odd sizing
Odd sizing, extremely bad and rude customer service. When I reached out about their sizing (the trousers were way too small, even after measuring it) I got a rude comment back and had to pay for the return myself (15 euros). Terrible experience, do not recommend.
Terrible experience. Never gonna buy again.
I'll share my experience with Olive Clothing.
Lots of influencers are wearing or promoting this brand, so I was curious about their products. What I was a little bit concerned about is that their products are mostly one size and there isn't any label or tag about where are made. This is not a good sign and most of the time it means that they are drop-shipping. My second concern was about customs fees and import duties since I live outside of the UK. They have a bold message on their site "EU: FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OF 99€ OR MORE. OUR SHIPMENTS ARE INCLUSIVE OF ALL TAXES AND DUTIES." I even asked their Customer Service to confirm that.
A few months ago I placed an order and they sent the package with Royal Mail, and in the end, I had to pay extra customs fees. I contacted the CS and even though they said that this was wrong they reimbursed me this amount.
So a few weeks ago I placed my second order. My package was incorrectly sent to Chile and got delayed for two additional weeks. In the end the same situation with the customs. I paid customs fees and import duties because the order was over 150 euros. I contacted their customer support to reimburse me and guess what, they are denying to reimburse me. This is ridiculous! They do not send under DDP and now they say I have to contact the local customs to get my reimbursement. Obviously, the local customs are not willing to do that because the shipment was not DDP.
This company is a scum and their products are cheap and probably from China. It's outrageous that they are not covering what they clearly say on their site.
Terrible customer support and customer experience. At least do what you state. I will never gonna buy from this site. Stay away.
Awful sizing
Awful sizing, I'm a size 12 but on a larger size and after reading the item size guide it still came small. Come on it was an expensive dress ... I would give it 0 stars but I will admit that the dress pattern and colours look nice ...
Terrible quality
Bought a £69 dress after seeing it everywhere online. Extremely bad quality, very thin material with only a single layer of fabric (no lining) for the top of the dress. Within 2 hours of wearing it the top had ripped from the skirt because the fabric was too flimsy to hold the stitches.
No contact information for return…
No contact information for return process except the postmail address. However for a tracking, email and phone are required. So either you return the item without possibility to track so with possibility to get it lost, either you keep something you don’t want .
Think twice before shopping here
Think twice before you shop here.
I purchased a £109 jumper in February and had only worn it 3/4 times until I noticed a hole in the collar. I then contacted Olive and was told to send it back for them to assess whether I should get a replacement or a repair. They decided a repair was suffice and sent me the jumper back, and it was obvious due to the stitching where they had repaired it. The quality of their clothing is poor. The jumper was only 60% wool and 40% polyamide. It is not sustainable if an item of clothing does not last longer than 2 months.
In addition, they ignored all my emails where I said I wanted to make a complaint. The customer service is diabolical. The only way to contact them is through email or post, so you are never speaking to someone directly.
They are not a sustainable company. It is all smoke and mirrors. Poor quality, expensive clothing and poor customer service - please be aware before you buy. I wish I had gone onto trustpilot before making my purchase.
I will never shop with them again.
