I ordered and paid for the turbo fit
I had a notification of delivery but it never appeared
The company have failed to even answer me , replace the item or refund my money
My advice is do not buy from this company

Like many others here, we ordered a vibration plate before Christmas and heard absolutely nothing from them. We contacted the numerous contact emails and have had no response from them!!!
It is an absolute scam and now their website is not even active!!
Luckily we have been able to get our money refunded through the bank.

I have never received my order and I have emailed a few times. I ordered before Christmas. Does anyone know how I can get a refund?

I'm sorry but this person is a POS .. I ORDERED on 11/30 a vibration board for Christmas.. I never recieved it.. I was told the item was DELIVERED TO CHICAGO.. I LVE IN CT.. SEE MY PROBLEM 😠 😡...
THE SELLER HAS NEVER RESPONDED TO ME.. IVE SENT HUNDREDS OF EMAIL.. YET NOTHING BACK.. FROM THEM OR FROM MY COMPLAINT WITH SHOP'S WEBSITE THAT SUPPORTS THEM.. THIS IS BULLSHIT!!

Looks like I am joining the ranks of the other customers who have been scammed by this company. Ordered a product in November and still nothing and no response to my emails. I also checked the tracking and it states that my parcel is in Limerick but no joy there either.

Sadly, I must agree with multiple other reviews that this company does appear to be a scam. Even after getting a tracking number and order number, and seeming legit, as mentioned by other others, my package was supposedly delivered across the country and there is no customer service that you are able to contact or email because when you try the provided ones on the website, they are not able to be accessed. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter as well and needless to say neither one of us are happy so please SHOP ELSEWHERE!

I have had the same trouble as everyone who has left comments , I order and paid forit in December, and still not had delivery, I sent numerous emails, but never got any reply, this is a scam, this company if it is one has made an absolute fortune out of all us, and made a fool of us for trusting in this , I will never see my money again, and will never buy anything advertised on any media again,

Absolutely rip off merchsnt, never received my item, original website now inaccessible And no response to emails ive sent, no tracking details - STAY AWAY- have reported to bank as a fraudulent site!

If I could give no stars I would! I was ripped off as well. Bought the gift via instagram, tracking number was linked to a company which you had to pay for ( I didn’t) then after several emails asking where my delivery was I got a notification that it had been delivered to Edinburgh, I live in London! 😡

Its a scam. Placed an order, it never arrived & they didn't respond to my emails for a refund.

I am infuriated . I bought this as a gift for my sister for Christmas on December 13th , I have emailed several times and no reply - the website link and email address is now no longer available . How can this still be able to happen in this day and age !!!!! £40 I’ll never see again

Ordered a foot soother on 14/12/24 via an ad on social media (can’t remember which) and it’s still not come by 28/01/25! And now, funnily enough, I NEVER see the ads!! If i do I’m commenting all over it about how it’s a scam

This company is a scam - do not buy anything from them. They do not deliver and say they have, never answer emails. If you want to throw your money down the toilet, use this company as you will never see you item and never see your money again.

scammers. gave me a tracking number but item linked to the tracking was delivered somewhere else on the other side of the country.
Never replied to emails, now their website is down and tracking number offline.
