The evidence suggests very strongly that Olivia Passion and any other website advertising a TurboFit Pro is nothing more than a scam. The item never arrived and they just ignore my emails seeking an update. I recommend you do not purchase from them or indeed from any company selling a TurboFit Pro.

SCAM won't answer emails. says was delivered to mailroom on a Sunday but our mailroom isn't open on

Same as the last last I ordered from this site after seeing an advertisement on Facebook. Same story as everyone else. They sent a tracking number but says it was never delivered at all. They won't respond to emails and now the website and tracking info don't work. I just filed a dispute with my credit card company so hopefully I can get a refund. I agree with her Facebook should be responsible for their ads and make sure places are legit before advertising this crap! We are all victims of a fake company from facebook from
now on I will
never buy anything from their site ads again

If possible I would like to give zero stars. I got stung! Purchased an item but never received it and now not getting any replies to my emails. Total scam company. Do not buy from this pretend company.

Why are these scammers to sell I place my order online on The 15 of December still saying it’s in transit scammer

How can they get away with the way they take our money and not deliver the goods its AWLFUL the way they treat us and get away with it

I have ordered a vibrating plate on the 15th of December never had it delivered. It still says it’s in transit tried to contact them. Email them no response. Phone number says unavailable. How do I go about getting my money back? Doesn’t say delivered just says transit but the last tracking is in December.

Scam takes your money doesn't ship products

I can confirm with everything that other reviewers have written. This is a SCAM SITE and they simply take your money, send you emails to say that the product has been ordered, you are then advised that it is on its way, then you receive another message to say that the product had been delivered. All of it is a bunch of lies and I think this sort of company should have its license removed and wherever they operate. This is the sort of company that makes people want to visit their stores and seek out the owners and give them a piece of their mind or more.

I was scammed as well. Tracking says it was delivered to NY. I’m in VA. Shameful.

I ordered in november and same as others it's saying it delivered but I have not received anything no response to emails... disgraceful

Purchased in early December nothing has arrived, “tracking” link take you no where. Can’t get a response from anyone.

Scam . Do not order from these item states it was delivered to an address which was 100s of miles from mine. Contacted them who promised id have item in 5 days never received sent many emails chasing but never get a reply . They work with the shop app who also have no interest. STAY AWAY from these thieving lying scammers

Wished I'd have read these reviews before I ordered. Lesson learnt!! Started a dispute with credit card now for a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
