I ordered 24th November 2024 but still not received. In Tracking history, first it was saying address not found and then after 2 days it is saying order delivered but they lie. Its is to me a scam as I have sent around 8-10 emails but no response yet. Please do not buy anything from here.

I wish I had come here before ordering the vibro plate, I'm another one who's been scammed. What a horrible world we live in

Same story as everyone else but I managed to request for refund from my credit card and I was refunded. The credit card company will deal with this Olivia passion thieves themselves. Please DON'T ORDER.

I paid for my item, says it was delivered but nothing ever arrived. I emailed several times still not arrived. Do not give this company any money!

Ordered 26th of Nov, total scammers, tracking showing delivered, no answer to emails, awful , avoid

Ordered vibration plate in November and no sign of it. Sent numerous emails and no response. Tracking says it's on its way but hasn't changed in weeks! :(

Scammers !! Ordered 30th November, once payment was made the screen went blank . To confirmation email , paid express delivery on the cost of the turbo 200 , Emailed them which bounced back

It's says it's been delivered but I haven't received anything I also never received information that it was on its way, or being delivered that day, luckily I no they did not try as I was home all day, I hope I get a response but after reading other reviews I'm a bit worried right at Xmas aswell

Scammers! Ordered a vibration plate and 2months later still waiting. Sent an email to ask where it was and next day the tracking changed to delivered when it had not been. Several emails sent single and completely ignored!!
AVOID!!

Scam site, they have taken my money for a vibration plate and nothing has arrived. I have sent them emails zi had 1 reply asking me to be patient as they were busy with orders and since then I haven't had any replies.....

Scam they didn’t send my product and then didn’t respond to my emails. Tired of this kinda crap.

Wouldn't even give them 1 star. Been emailing them, no response or email bounced back. Ordered on the 5th December Christmas presents which still haven't arrived. Cannot track it either.

Absolute scam! Avoid!

I ordered a TurboFit Pro -200 Calories per Minute at £34.95 and it never arrived, numerous emails unanswered, delivery information just saying it's getting ready to be delivered. I got the money back through my bank luckily but I would definitely avoid as it obviously is a scam site

I placed an order in November still waiting. They are scammers would not recommend anyone ordering from them can't even get intouch with them.so beware when you people are ordering think twice because I can't get a refund because they are scammers which is so sad when you put you trust and they can't even deliver in a good manner.SO BEWARE.

Had to contact my bank for a full refund. Thankfully I paid via SHOP and used my credit card.

Also when payment is taken it shows up as payment to "SP Alery Brand Fashion" Business type "Shoes"
