I’m sooo annoyed I didn’t read reviews first orders in November got told it was delivered 13th December this isn’t the case! Have sent loads of emails! This is a scam!

SCAMMERS!!! I placed an order on 29th November. Checked tracking it was 'delivered' on 12th December with no signature to Woking which is over 200 miles from where I live. I've tried to email them a couple of times but no reply to the first one and bounced back the second time as the support email didn't exist.

Absolute scam .. cheaters ..
Don’t buy anything from them
Did not receive my order.

This is a proper scam and it’s still popping up on social media platforms. I wonder how we can get this stopped. I ordered a Turbofit on 9/12/14. I was given a tracking number but no progress at all and emails are not being answered

I order a TurboFit™ Pro -200 Calories per Minute on the 10 November 2024 got the same information like other customers that the order was running late then I was presented a tracking number where I can't even track my order I have trial numerous occasions to contact olive and still no reply this is so unprofessional that you guys are scamming people like this.

I ordered turbo fit pro 200 on 20.11.24 - got update to say overwhelmed with orders & to wait 12 days then reply back for full refund. Still nothing received & emails are not being answered - please do t use this site as clearly a scam. I’m going to contact my bank for a full refund. I did try to email them through the emails address on their website but I got a non delivery message sent back!

I ordered a turbo fit pro from here which was a planned Christmas present customer service is terrible when i final got an update via yun express tracking it said my parcel had been delivered but i havent fckn received it and i still dont know who the curriers were only info was hbc yet on there site there was no tracking record at all, after contacting customer services several times i got no response full stop, i would never trust buying anything else from here again

This is a scammer website. Don’t buy anything this website like vibrating plate.
They give you tracking number and show everything but not deliver item .
So be aware of this scam website.

Ordered item and used tracker it says item has been left in a safe place. I have checked my cctv and there has been no delivery. 6 hours prior to delivery it said item was in a sorting hub in Inverness scotland. I live in swindon England that would have been an amazing delivery service. SCAMMING LOW LIFES

I ordered a turbo fit pro-200 on the 24/11/24.
Received confirmation email and tracking number through the “ ShopApp”
Received an email from them on the 27/11/24 stating that my order was running late and to give them more time to deliver!!
Obviously they have no intention of sending me anything.
I have reported this in the “ShopApp” to see if I get any response from them.
If ever I see their adverts on any social platforms I will be advising people to stay away from them.

Ordered a vibration plate in November, it still hasn't arrived. No response to emails.

SCAM!!!! Beware!! For now on I come here before I purchase anything! Like y’all I ordered the vibration plate. I have tracking and it said it was delivered like a week ago to an address in MI that’s not even the address I gave them! When I try to send an email to them I get an undeliverable email back! Even the email is a scam

SCAM .. says been delivered when I waited in all day they ignore emails contacting my bank will be writing on every post of there's I see !

No item received, not answering emails, no update on tracking and now in the process of getting my money back from my credit card provider.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Would give no stars if I could. Order the TurboFit 200 as a gift. They took the money from my account now I've found out it is a scam. I received a notification to say my order had been delivered only two days after ordering it. Do I wrote an email to them to explain this. No reply after two days so I sent another email saying please respond. But I have received nothing from them. No email and certainly no Item. Disgusted in these Chinese con artists.

This has got to be a scam 🤬 I ordered a vibration plate on 28th November when it hadn't arrived 2 weeks later I messaged and got a reply be patient wait another 5 days. I waited then messaged again asking for the carriers details to check with them and guess what ..NO REPLY TO THAT. All I can advise people is DON'T BUY ANYTHING OFFLINE UNLESS YOU CAN PAY BY PAYPAL 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Waited Over 20 days for a product that never arrived! When emailed about this they always replied with on the hour, now I’m emailing for a refund they have fallen on the face of the earth! SCAM

Ordered a turbo fit pro- 200 26th November, paid for the tracking. Apparently it has been delivered today, although nothing has been delivered. I have a camera pointing on my driveway and no delivery vehicle has even parked up outside my house! The last place it was at was somewhere on Sutton/ London. It certainly takes more then 2 hours to delivery anything to the north east of England! Avoid this website. Currently going through my bank for a refund and have reported them for fraud.

Further update: bank have issued me a refund. So it's definitely a scam.

Ordered the turbo kept being told please be patient and 2 plus weeks since got delivery report saying yodel delivered but they didn't they knew nothing about it and now there's no response at all me to dealing with bank regarding money and I saw earlier 7 more people conned I Hooe they get shut down it's plain and simple money theft
