Good and reliable service
The entire procedure was smooth and easy, and proper services was delivered. When I had a query, it was answered immediately. What I don't like is the very principle of having to buy tickets through resellers for a hefty mark-up instead of being able to buy the tickets directly from the football club at original prices, but that is another discussion.

We understand that you might be feeling frustrated, as you may have expected to sit in the middle, where most people prefer to sit.
The exact seating allocation is done randomly when purchasing tickets through intermediaries like us. Only when you receive your ticket do you know the exact seats. If you wish to choose your exact seats (and possibly at a lower price), you can try booking directly with the club.
Regarding ticket pricing, we are merely ticket intermediaries. We don't have tickets in stock ourselves; we purchase tickets when you buy from us. So, the prices are determined by our various suppliers, which are influenced by supply and demand.
We hope that you still enjoyed an exciting match and had a great stay in Paris otherwise.

We only wish you had called our emergency number as soon as the problem arose, then we could have resolved the matter. The number is stated on your booking confirmation and also in the email our clients receive along with their tickets.
Regarding the price of tickets: as we wrote in the e-mail you received with your tickets: The price pre-printed on the ticket is not what we paid to our supplier. This is a so-called ‘face value price’ and is adjusted according to supply and demand.
Despite everything we hope you managed to enjoy the game and that you had a pleasant stay in Munich.
