Exceptional quality and fast local delivery

As for the taste of foie gras, you have purchased a raw product - not a ready-to-eat item. It requires proper preparation and seasoning, which ultimately determines the final taste and experience.

Amazing products! The caviar was absolutely delicious. Could not stop wanting more. Also bought escargot and trout which were also very good. Prices are very reasonable and next day shipping is appreciated.

The Hackel back I had very pretty pearly eggs. What’s sad, they didn’t pop. It was more like a spread still really good. But I really wanted to experience that popping.
