Due to Winter Storm Fern, FedEx experienced significant nationwide service disruptions, which led to repeated and often inaccurate delivery notifications. Those emails were sent directly by FedEx, not by us.

I found the Ostrea to be mushy along…
I found the Ostrea (tasted good) but was very mushy along with the Beluga we weighted the contents and they were short a gram. We have had other brands of these before and they weren’t mushy so I found it to be odd. The Kaluga was great and weighed on point.

Regarding the weight concern, all tins are weighed using professional, calibrated scales, and the stated weight includes the natural caviar oil in the tin. Depending on how the content was handled when re-weighed, this can affect the final measurement. That said, all products are packed to meet labeled weights at the time of sealing.

Sad you dont have the integrity to admit that the caviar is from Korea.
There is nothing about that on the product itself nor in your advertising. The sheet to which you refer is the last thing anyone is going to read
Say it on the package or dont bother
If youre so proud of the Korean production processes then say it on your advertising.

One product arrived, opened, (trout roe) which they refunded the price of and the second product, we did not enjoy at all - the Sterlet. Very very bland. I would not buy that again.

They came in fresh; so I tried a bit using the beautiful pearl spoon.
YES! Perfect - each caviar have different experiences on the palate. They came in Fresh and it was a lovely experience.
So trying a little bit - I opened an account with Olma.
