Rings do not look like they do in the website images. They are cheap and not worth the money. Returns have to go back to China despite there being a UK return address on the packaging. AVOID!!!!

Nice but now worth the money
It arrived after 7 days, I paid £34. Don't think it's worth this. Straight edges make them quite sharp. Looks pretty now but looks like it won it last., quite cheap looking. Wouldn't have purchased if I'd seen it first....worth more like a tenner.

Awful. I bought the ring and was so pleased with it I opted for the bracelet as a follow up purchase. Dreadful. Nothing like the quality of the ring. Scuffed, dented and not even the same colour. Sent a request for a refund within minutes of opening the package just delivered. It took them 17 days to reply to the email. And money is only refunded within 30 days, and item must be sent tracked back to some factory in China. Like that is going to happen given our postal service these days. £50 down the drain. Don’t go near this company with a 10 foot pole. Absolute junk and terrible customer service.

Stay away from this company and any products they sell. I tried to cancel and noone replies. 72 euros down the drain. It's not at all what it looks like online, there are no instructions or how to use the ring. It's not what was advertised.

Received an empty box
As others, even one star is too much. Another lady reported receiving an empty box and the same has happened to me, so heaven knows what their manufacturing processes are like if they’re shipping empty boxes. I have emailed four times and no reply. Appalling to take people’s money, I have absolutely nothing good to say about them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order for a bracelet on July 7, 2025. To date, I have not received the item. The tracking on the item has not been updated sinceJuly 14,2025. I have sent numerous emails on the status and I have not received any response from the company. They just take your money. Do not purchase anything from this company!!

I have received my ring and it is massive doesn't fit i have contacted them via email on their website and also independently and noone is responding to me. I am unsure how to get my money back on something that is not right. They ahve no phone number to contact. I would not purchase from this company as they clearly have poor customer service.

As another user described, one star too many... purchased the ring rose gold, took about a week for, supposedly, shipping but the ring has not yet arrived although carrier indicates has been delivered. Olux and carrier customer service are not answering any request for information so i believe it was never sent and i have lost my money. Regarding the product, guess it will never know the quality but the company is not worth the trust... Find another seller!!!

Terrible quality. Sharp edges - not the sleek look they promise in the advert - it does not look at all as advertised. I doubt the magnets are even magnets and the gold colour is horrible. The photos used in their advert on Instagram show photographs of Jennifer Anniston and another female celebrity holding their hand up to show they wear the ring. I wish I had done better home homework as those photographs have been taken from the Oura ring advertising campaign. The only way to get a refund is to send the item back to China, at your own expense, using tracked international postage - and then can you trust them to actually admit receiving it ? I doubt it. I am furious and hoping this review saves others from wasting their money also
My wife bought a pair of rings
My wife bought a pair of rings, one for each of us, the ring was quite attractive and I was excited to receive it, unfortunately I was unable to fit the ring on any finger, initially on my small finger which was uncomfortable and then my wedding ring finger which required expanding the ring to the point that I could slide it off through the gap as it was so wide, this also meant the magnets did not make a good connection to the skin.
Upon trying to return the ring we discovered it need to be returned at our cost to China, in my view the item is not fit for purpose. I was also unable to establish how to add a review to their website which makes me question the authenticity of these reviews, I would not recommend this product or company.

I ordered this ring in gold. It came in mail after a month and its a tarnished gold not gold. Very very thin. Im very disappointed. Was looking forward to a ring like the photos. I highly doubt it works like it says either.
