I received my ring yesterday. It arrived quite fast. I can't comment on it's benefits yet. Ring looks so different to what is advertised. I must say I am not a fan of sharp edges and it looks quite cheap. 2 out of 4 magnets were fully covered in excess glue. I emailed my complaint to Olux today so lets see how it goes. Wish me good luck!

An empty envelope arrived with no ring inside. The envelope had not even been sealed so it’s either fallen out in transit or it wasn’t even packed in the first place. I have messaged and emailed dozens of times with photos, with no positive outcome. Issue on going.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Absolutely awful. No ring, no money!

This cheap ring cut my finger. Unfortunately after the 30 days, so no refund.
It's a cheap piece of junk and the company won't even acknowledge that it injured me.
DO NOT BUY!!!

Wore the ring for 3 days
Definitely lost weight but that was because I felt nauseous 24/7
Have had 3 migraines in those three
Had to take it off

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER. IVE SENT MY RING BACK AS EVEN WITH ADJUSTING IT DOESNT FIT. ITS ALSO INCREDIBLY CHEAP QUALITY. IVE SENT IT BACK TRACKED AND OVER A MONTH LATER STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND.

Don’t buy from this (olux) company. I bought this ring and one of the magnets fell. I’ve emailed them about 7 times and they are completely ignoring my messages. I paid nearly £62 all in for this and they are not responding. Absolutely ridiculous service

I emailed immediately after ordering to cancel my order and they got back to me days later saying they ‘received the request too late’ which just isn’t true at all. the email communication is awful i must have sent 3 in a row by now with no reply.

Very disappointed, upon receiving the ring it is notably too large and falls off. I contacted customer service and you are told a response will come in 3 days - well guess what it hasn't and I'm still waiting. Extremely poor brand experience and disappointing!

Ordered the ring, arrived with a scratch on it. As stated on their website if faulty they will cover the postage, I've had no response from them other then them sending me the returns address. I wouldnt mind but the return is to china.Absolutely shocking customer service. Also the ring is very bulky.

I don't get it. i got the ring but how do you track anything? like my sleep. It comes with a little card, you scan the bar code and all that does it tell you how it fit the ring to your finger. That's it. What a waste of money!!

I believe its a scam as even after placing order(#1081611) the product never arrived and there is no response from customer service. I believe as a company rely on online market space this behaviour is extremely irresponsible but good if you are a scam team

I took my time to compare these types of rings and settled on OLUX. I paid extra for 2-5 day delivery but it took 8 days to arrive. The ring itself looks a bit cheap compared to the marketing images. It also comes up quite small, even with the fact it’s an open ring. I’ve not worn it long enough to see any benefits yet but will persevere. While it claims to do wonderful things, I’m hoping that it will improve my sleep, so we’ll see. I’ve paid £45 but have seen similar rings for less than half.

My advice: DO NOT BUY?

Quality cheap metal made to look expensive.
Does not fit. It keeps slipping off, although it states one size fits all ... how is that possible ?
I've tried to tighten it, but no luck.
I got in touch with Olux and I was asked to return to China at my expense. I was considering this but now I've opted to keep ring as i dont believe I will get a refund and no doubt it will cost me abit to return recorded delivery to China.

Why keep ring and not return?
When I received the ring inside was a QR and message saying "Welcome to a better version of you! Scan this to begin your experience with us" I assumed this was an app that would keep a record of sleep etc. As I scanned it, it asks you to activate it and for it to confirm identification it asks for bank card details but no money is taken. I foolishly did this not thinking of the consquences. I checked my account there was a transcation for £0.00. I assumed this was safe. When I got onto app it was useless some dodgy game app no record of personal information. Thought what a waste of time and thought nothing more until a few days later. My bank asks me if I had made a transaction for £39.99 to the same company as the app. To which I replied no thankfully my bank had declined the transaction and then cancelled my card as it had been compromised. I dread to think what could have happened had my bank not declined it as previous transaction of £0.00 had gone through.

I would be interested to know if other people have experienced this too. I got in touch with Olux complete denial even though its the same QR code they enclose in the box.

So for this reason I am now stuck with this ring.

I am not one to give reviews but I felt I needed to advise on this occasion.

If I’m honest I’m really disappointed in the ring and the response from Olux. My black ring discoloured within a month of arriving and olux refused to either replace or refund. They cited quote “ Please note that wear on the coating or magnets is influenced by factors like skin acidity and is considered normal.” utter nonsense. I’m sure there are alternatives out there with more accommodating customer service.

I am hoping it works for the healing. A little disappointed that the ring is so big. I only can wear it at night when I go to bed.

Incredibly disappointed and unimpressed that the black onyx ring has completely lost its finish in only one week of wear. Cannot recommend product.

Unlike lots of the negative reviews, I can honestly say that my experience has been fine.
Delivery - good.
Quality - good.
The only negative is the dodgey advertising in which they have taken a clip of Jennifer Anniston where she was talking about the Oura ring and they have pretended she’s talking about the Olux!

The order was processed quickly but I am still waiting for my product to arrive.

Can’t recommend unfortunately. Ring was not at all as photographed and was not comfortable. Despite being delivered from a UK address, all returns are to China. Cost me £12 to return and then had to chase my £35 refund, which I did eventually receive.
