So far, so good. I have seen a lot of negative reviews so I’m hoping the quality is as described online and that the returns policy is a positive experience without challenges that other buyers have faced. Order pending delivery, will update review once arrived

Save yourself a trouble. Very poor quality products. Shein is better. Not in London. Give fake adress for returns in China to put you off sending it back. I will be reporting them to trading standards in UK and just want to advise all you good people to avoid this company!

Just ordered after a hot day tramping the high street and finding nothing original.

Horrendous company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Claims to be london based, but is Chinese. The dress i ordered looked nothing like the photo. The material was cheap and they refused to give a full refund unless you pay to send it back to China with recorded delivery, which I can see being another con as im sure if you don't, they will say you never returned it. Absolutely dreadful company. Save your money rather than giving it to these con artists

This company is a complete scam! I only used them because they came up on Instagram as a suggested page and the company has "London" in the title. I very stupidly believed they were UK based.
The dresses I ordered for a wedding didn't arrive in time for occasion and were also huge on me, even though I used the sizing guide before purchase. I have had a painfully lengthy email exchange with them to try and get returns details. I not only have to pay for the full cost of the return, but the return address is an individual person at an industrial park in CHINA! it will probably cost me half of my order cost to return the items. Which is what the company know so they make you loads of offers to keep the items with a partial refund. Absolute scam don't use under any circumstances.

Just please don’t waste your money. The dresses are nothing like the pictures on their website and then they basically make it impossible to return. They offer a fraction of the cost back to you or you can pay extortionate rates to return the dress back to china, which would probably cost you more than the dress itself! Just avoid at all costs.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would.

I’ve been asking for a return/ refund for the last three days. They keep giving me counter offers.

DO NOT BUY! YOU WILL REGRET IT.

QUALITY IS HORRIBLE, they steal photos from genuine sellers and make shitty versions that take about 2 weeks to arrive as they’re manufactured in China.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. False advertising. The product received looks nothing like what I purchased. The sizing is incorrect. The dress has no lining or labels.
When I ordered, I did not receive a confirmation email.
When received, there was no return label in the packaging.
When contacting to request a refund process - they have made this INCREDIBLY difficult!
Initially saying I can choose anything else from their website for free as long as I covered the shipping fee. Obviously, this is not an option for me as I now have no trust in the brand.
The next option is they will offer 10% refund of the purchase price.
Their final solution as they do not want to offer a refund for the product is for me to pay to ship the dress back to China.....

I have reported this company as fraudulent. My bank is taking this further.

Lovely outfit, saw online and immediately brought it

I would have prefered to give a ZERO , poor quality, cheap flimsy dresses poorly made, not worth there money that are not the correct size.
I have emailed 4 times as they want pictures of the items in the packaging and sealed and in the next email they said they needed to see them out of the packaging. They are refusing to provide a returns address and are stalling to accept the items back.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS NOT LONDON BASED BUT FROM CHINA

Worst company ever! They say they offer 30day refund, none of that I have been battling for over 2weeks and still cannot return, they say offer me discounts and telling me how much it will cost to return, and telling me to keep the dress when it’s the worst fabric ever and it’s too small!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Save your money, I am in shock what they advertise and it’s a scam, and it’s not even based in London!

This company is a scam. They are based in China, once you buy something you can’t get a full refund.
Do not waste your time and money in this company. There is a reason why the comments are turned off on Instagram.
Probably stole an account from someone to get those followers.
The items aren’t as specified on the website. Don’t waste your time and money.

Easy to use website with a good size guide which made sense. Excellent information about the products and a quick check out when buying. So looking forward to receiving my beautiful dress which I’ve bought for my special birthday which I’ll be wearing on a beach ❤️
