To be fair I was petrified when I read reviews after I've made an order. But surprisingly the delivery was pretty quick, good communication via email where is my parcel and when I can expect it. The dress is true to size in my opinion. Looks the same as on the website.It's beautiful but not worth almost £50. Except that bo issue.

Not British as advertised - comes from china - products never arrived paid over £100 and they refuse to send a replacement or refund. It is effectively a scam as I paid for goods and not received them this is now six weeks

Shein/Temu made to look like UK upmarket ‘boutique’.

Please take note that most of the good reviews are before delivery and returns.

The items are literally not as pictured (actually AI videos!) or described and when return assistance requested, they make you pay return shipping and customs fees to Mr Wang at a home address in China! It really is best to avoid.

If it looks too good to be true, unfortunately in this case it’s because it is.

My experience was great, I saw a beautiful dress, picked my size and next thing I know I was buying it. Checkout was very easy!

Like other reviews that I wish I had seen before I would rate this company a -5 stars, dress arrived and the fit is so bad the waist didn’t even sit on my waist, the elasticated back really lets it down and looks poorly sewn, everything that has been stated is accurate , the material quality is so poor, there is no label to say it’s an Olivia Rose dress, a cheap tiny (m) size rage sewn sewn in crooked, I am sick and tired of these Chinese companies fooling us into thinking they are UK based- THEY ARE NOT- DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I REPEAT DO NOT you will regret it, I have now packaged up the clothing and replied with photos of proof of condition, I waited 3 weeks ( I wouldn’t mind this if it were worth waiting for) but it wasn’t, I can feel a nightmare beginning, what I am going to do is report to my bank to do a chargeback for mis- selling. They replied quickly to my request but it is a delay tactic to hopefully get customers to give up trying to refund, this is what they are hoping for, it’s a selling style, they put up a website get a few thousand quick sales and then change the company name but the website is a replica of the last YOU SEE THE PATTERN !!!!! FUMING FUMING FUMING 😡

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
They do not offer refunds like their website says. They make it extremely difficult and try get you to exchange and then eventually offered me a 10 percent refund and would let me keep th item? So 4.50 of the £45. No thank you. This is FRAUD. I wouldn't have bought from the company if returns weren't an option, but they advertise 30 day returns. Shocking. Reading other reviews this is clearly a scam and it's only a matter of time before it's hopefully shut down.

Also, as others have said this is a cheap quality Chinese company falsifying advertising with AI and charging premium prices. It is extremely cheap quality for the price point. AVOID!

So easy to order and social media posts are really enticing and draw you in to the shop.

Browsed through Facebook and went online to order, website was nice and simple and plenty of different choices. Even better with the sale prices, will shop again and recommend 👌

Order a few days ago, very quick dispatch and communication. Can’t wait to try on the dress. Will definitely be ordering again.
