I would give zero stars if possible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. The condition and quality of the item is poor, all the videos and advertisement appear to be AI. Returns are to China which is not clear at all and is expensive. They initially only offer store credit and reluctant to offer refund. Return to China is going to be a huge cost. It appears they imply they are operating from a UK based company however it is all done via China. Long delivery times. I wish I’d read other reviews sooner and not wasted a lot of money on really poor dresses and inadequate services

I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased off this site...which is clearly a scam!! AVOID!!!!
Ordered a dress for £49.99, looked great on the website. Took weeks to come, when it came it looked like a shein parcel.
The dress looked nothing like the photo on the website, was poor quality, see-through, and I ordered a 10-12 and it way more like an 8.
Really disappointed... customer service is shocking they keep offering store credit, or £10 back to keep the dress. When you eventually get through to a refund, you have to cover the cost to China...no mention of this on their website.

Dress took weeks to arrive and when it did it looked nothing like the picture on the website, not even the same colour and had no labels etc. when I asked for a refund I was told I could get store credit or another item for free if I paid the £13 shipping fee. After a few emails asking why I couldn’t return the item for a refund I was then told they would give me £10 of the cost back and I could keep the dress (which I didn’t want). Also a quick search on google images shows that the dresses being sold are around £12 on amazon. Company is based in China and not the UK. Do not waste your time or money with this company!!

Bought a dress in the sale . The dress didn't fit and the material quality was poor. They refused to refund me the me the money and offered 10% of the price as a refund .
They wanted me to choose another outfit they would send across as long as I paid for packaging and posting. Ridiculous .

I ordered from this website at a cost of £47 the item they sent wasn't even dress i ordered bad stitching wrong sizing etc. Once you start the return process you just get email after email they want photos of the item in the package out the package all tags attached but there's is no tags attached you pay the return China address surprise surprise at a cost to you even though it wasnt the dress i ordered and has to be tracked if lost at customs you still don't get your refund they just want you to keep the tacky item at a reduced cost you only know the return address when they give it you after lengthy emails back and forth do not order from this company. I put the address online and it came up with a scam warning if you notice on the adverts you can't comment it wont let you. Which is a red flag now I've thought about it. Stay clear of these companies.

Stay away from Olvia Rose!!!

Trying to make a return has been incredibly frustrating. They repeatedly delayed providing me with the information I needed to return my item, which has unnecessarily dragged the process out. Now they are insisting that I use the original packaging, even though it arrived damaged.

I explained this to them, sent a photo of the damaged packaging and asked them to confirm that the replacement bag I've used would be accepted for the return. Despite this, they have not responded and continue to delay the process.

I'm now genuinely concerned that they will reject my return simply because it isn't in the original packaging, even though the original packaging was damaged when it arrived. The lack of communication and constant delays have made what should have been a straightforward return unnecessarily stressful and disappointing.

And the quality of the clothes is awful!!!

If i could select zero stars I would! This is a fake website and a scam by the looks of it. Im angry at myself for trusting the website. Dress arrived - nothing like the photo and in no way a reflection of uk sizing. I ordered 10-12 at first and that was hanging off me. I then stupidly ordered a 6-8 and this was bigger than the 10-12. Terrible communication via email where various Chinese names would try and offer me 120% store credit. Told me I can keep the item. After various refusals they continued to offer more variations of store credits or exchanges. Their last email provided me a return form which I completed. Plus an address : Mr Wang, Room 202, 2nd Floor, Building 6, Hanley Smart Ind Park, No 16 Exihutian Road, Pinghu Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, 518 511. However upon attempting to select this exact address on Evri to return I realised this postcode does not exist. My emails are now being ignored completely!

AVOID OLVIA ROSE LONDON AT ALL COSTS!!! (because it's definitely not based in London).

The worst experience I’ve ever had in the UK!

The brand name ends with “London,” giving the impression that customers are dealing with a UK-based brand. However, it’s actually a Chinese company with terrible customer service. The sizing is inaccurate, the quality is awful, and if you want to return an item, it’s the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping it back to China!
I received the wrong product and they are not giving me refund.
Avoid it!

DO NOT SHOP WITH OLIVIA ROSE! I ordered a dress and when it came it looked nothing like what I had ordered. For a return/refund you have to email them first for the instructions. I emailed and they tried to convince me to not return it and instead get a gift voucher. I said no and that I wanted my money back as the dress was falsely advertised. They again responded and then offered me a partial refund of 20% without needing to return. I stated again no, I wanted a full refund as I felt like I had been scammed. They eventually gave me the return instructions but stated that I had to pay for the postage - I went to the post office and was told it would be £30 to return tracked as they are based in china! I eventually did a return through my bank. Do not waste your time or money as you will be disappointed!

BEWARE - terrible quality - returns not allowed.

Would give zero starts if I could. Do not touch this brand with a barge pole! Just terrible quality and service. First dress ordered took ages to arrive, then realised was coming from China. First red flag. Dress arrived and was rubbish. Didn't fit, bad quality. No returns info in package or on website, so e-mailed them. The first option I was given was to choose something else, but I'd have to pay postage and get to keep the original dress. Not ideal, but maybe ok. Other options were 10% refund and keep the dress, or 50% store credit. All pretty crap options tbh. Found another dress on their website I thought would do an event later in the year so agreed to option 1. When the next dress arrived, it was horrible. An awful colour and material so didn't even bother trying it on. So great, I now have 2 shit dresses I'm going to have to try and sell on Vinted or just chuck in a charity shop.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Clothing is shocking quality - everything is overpriced rubbish! They fail to tell you that items are shipped from China and if you need to return anything it costs you a small fortune. Then they deny receiving it so they don't have to refund you. Trading Standards should close this company down immediately.

Gorgeous dresses and quick to be dispatched

The website was well presented and easy to find what I needed after my partner gave me the product information, I also liked how it updated me with how much stock was available in each size too, and excellent addition.
Transactions were seamless and order processed extremely quickly as well, order is currently working it's way to me as I wrote this and I only ordered 24 hours ago.

All around positive experience, we will be visiting again in the near future.
