What a scam .. please do not order from this company.. the quality of products are awful. I have been attempting to return the items for a week now and the customer service team will stall you at every opportunity offering you reduced discount to keep your products. The final outcome for returning items is then pay for shipping back to China to some random person.
I paid £80 ( allegedly on special offer!) for a dress and 2 piece set the quality was terrible.. the items arrived all scrunched up.. The attention to detail was dreadful.. absolutely nothing like the’ website reviews’ which I am inclined to believe are not true reviews.

The products are awful and the returns policy is to send it back to China.

The materials and fit are so bad. I wouldn't want to use the materials for curtains in my house! Nevermindba dress for my wife.

Do not get scammed by ai images on social media and their website.

DO NOT USE!! They do not offer full refund as stated on their website! At most 20% refund!!! Disgraceful

Website advertises full refunds but makes return really hard. Despite asking for a full refund they are repeatedly offering some alternative, credit or a percentage discount and I can keep the item etc. I’m now on my fourth request for refund. I can clearly see from reviews that I’m now likely to have to send it to china at my expense. I’ve paid £45 for something that is probably on SHEIN for about £6. Do not order from these scammers. If you like something on here, I guarantee you’ll find it on SHEIN. I should have known better!

Extremely disappointed. The quality of the items received was extremely poor and not as advertised.
I spent £138.83, but when I tried to return the dresses, I was told I’d have to pay for the return to China, shipping fees, customs duties, and any related charges myself. For a company that lists itself as London-based, it’s absurd that returns are sent to China and the customer covers all costs.

They even stated that if custom fees aren’t paid, the package may be held at customs for up to one month before being released and sent back to their warehouse. That delay means the return easily exceeds the 30-day window, leaving the customer financially penalised.

The only feasible option they offered was a 20% refund instead of sending the items back. This is not standard practice and I’ve never encountered a business operating like this. I won’t be using this service again.

It’s also concerning to see some positive reviews on Trustpilot given my experience and the pattern of similar complaints. I’m sceptical as to whether those reviews are authentic and genuine.

I won’t be using this service again. Other Trustpilot reviews show this is a wider issue.

*Advice to buyers: look elsewhere.* Avoid unless you’re happy to risk poor quality, extra charges, and a return process designed to fail.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This website is a fraud and what you get sent bares little resembleance to what is shown on the website. I will be reporting them to the releveant trade standards authorities. The material is awful, the patern doesn't match the photo on the website and the size and quality is atrocious! To add to that, the returns and refund process is basically non-existant as you have to cover shipping costs back to whatever sweatshop in Asia where thet make this tat! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID THIS ABSOLUTE SCAM!

Dress wasn’t good enough . The ruffle wasn’t a ruffle more of a loop this bit up . Material cheap. Wanted to return it but kept getting offers of 20% refund and 20% credit and no return . I wanted a full refund but it was made hard to do . The return is paid by the buyer and could cost £10 . No guarantee they would refund the money . So avoid this website . I’m cross at myself for buying from them. It’s Chinese not London as described .

Absolute con site. The dress I received was nothing like the picture, the print was different and the style was not the same. The fabric is such bad quality and completely see through.
They say 30 money back guarantee, but try to persuade you to have a store credit, why would I want even more of there crap?! Eventually say you can return but you must pay postage, and then you find out they aren’t London based and the website suggests but in China so the cost of return would be £15. And I wouldn’t even trust them to return my money anyway so I have had to put up with their offer of a 20% refund and keep the dress (which will go straight in the bin)

Atrocious refund process making the customer jump through hoops! Wish I had never seen the website.

The dress I ordered looked really good. It was a chiffon dress that was a beautiful shade of purple.

The dress that turned up was a lilac dishrag. Nothing like the pictures and had a totally different neckline. No return info or phone number. I had to email them wait 4 days. Now they want photos to decide if I can return!

It hasn’t been tried on as it’s horrible.

It was super easy to place the order. Secondly the price of the items were very good, and the items were super cute.

Advertising as Olivia Rose London, this is a company in China. The clothes are poor quality and so small. I ordered a l and the waist is equivalent to a size 10! I have been trying for a week to get the details to return the items. Now being told I may have to pay customs duties etc. I feel this is going to be a long battle

If this happens to you, act quickly: contact your bank and start a dispute (chargeback) to try to recover your money. Also report suspected fraud to Action Fraud and get advice from Citizens Advice so others can be protected and the issue can be investigated.
I had a very poor experience with this company. The service/product was not delivered as promised, and communication was poor or unresponsive.

As previously stated on here DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this company.

Ordered from a company trading as “Olivia Rose London”. Requested a return. Was offered 10% refund, then store credit, then 20% refund. Full return required tracked shipping to China at my expense. Dress quality did not match expectations. Would not purchase again.

Do NOT buy from there.. they're scammers. The outfit looks NOTHING like this and they do not refund. They just beg you to accept a partial refund. I lost over £140 to them! I have evidence but no place to attach!

Brilliant website, easy to navigate. Clear pricing and simple checkout.

The quality of the clothing is awful. They make it extremely difficult to return and you have to pay all fees to ship to China.

They ignore requests to return and keep offering discounts.
