Awful, dress ordered nothing like dress on arrival. Different colour, shape fabric. Impossible to get money back. Dress receive looked like a dress the amish wear head scarf missing! Avoid please!!!

Very poor quality products and even worse customer service.
When you try to make a return, the process becomes unnecessarily long, complicated, and frustrating. It feels deliberately designed to wear customers down in the hope they’ll give up rather than exercise their consumer rights.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this company.

Don't get tricked by their website, they sell utter garbage - Clothes from China with the poorest quality! They say they are London based but items are sent from China and returns must be sent to China as well, paid from your own pocket. Customer service responsive but utterly useless, the energy spent fighting with them was incredible. I have reported them to my bank and relevant trading authorities and also asked Pinterest to stop advertising them. A con, definitely.
Be careful, they keep changing their company name as soon as they hit trouble. Also, the 5 star reviews don't seem to be genuine either! Avoid at all costs if you value your money, nerves and time.

Long story short: They are Fraud!
A China-based company is using the name "London" in its title to mislead.
They send you the wrong colour and a non-standard UK/European clothing size.
They won't accept returns and keep negotiating to offer you 20% store credit, even though their T&Cs state that, in the case of a return due to their error or an incorrect item being supplied, the customer is not required to pay return shipping costs.
After so many back-and-forths, they ask you to pay for your own delivery to a person named in Shenzhen, Guangdong! They also specify it should be track delivery!

Avoid buying anything from this website, the sizing is totally wrong and the material is very cheap. The website states 30 days money back guarantee but after numerous email's you then get the option of retuning to an address in china even though the item came from Manchester

This looks to be a London company but it isn't. Items arrived damaged. The only way to get a refund was to return to Hong Kong and pay the postage, despite the website stating that postage for damaged items will be covered by them. It's not. Poor quality, poor service. Avoid. I have been scammed out of £80

Please do not waste your time with this website, they are an absolute con!! I ordered 2 dresses from here for an event and unfortunately didn't read reviews on trustpilot before purchasing. They were taking ages to ship my parcel (much longer than the 3-5 days the website states) so I emailed to cancel it for a full refund. They wouldn't and said it had already been shipped (it wasn't). I asked again a couple of days later, they still refused. A few days after that, it had been dispatched. Once receiving the package, I emailed to return the items as I had shopped elsewhere (and glad I did). The return process is extremely long winded and difficult - I had to send multiple images of the dresses from different angles and the package itself - despite not even opening the parcel as I knew I didn't want them. Customer services then tried bargaining with me multiple times as they don't want to give refunds - offered an exchange or store credit. I said no, so they offered a 10% refund and keep the dresses, I said no again. They then offered 20% refund and to keep the dresses - I then told them where to go and demanded a full refund that I am entitled to. I then had to pay for shipping myself which was close to £20 as the site is in China, not London/UK as the website implies. Dresses were also really poor quality - loose threads and cheap material, were midi not maxi and had no labels. If they were nice dresses I would have just tried to resell on vinted but they were not worth the £80 I spent. Absolutely disgusting - do not waste your time or money.

Avoid!!!! Quality is patchy, at best, sizing is totally random and returns policy is a clear SCAM! Required to send to an address in China, despite them clearly having a base in Manchester and dispatching from the UK. £45 down the drain, albeit have made a satisfactory quality claim via credit card, so we’ll see.

The clothes look stunning on the website with a great choice, but once they arrived I was shocked at the poor quality and they’re not London based at all, they arrive from China…took ages to arrive! When I asked for a return address and refund, they asked for photos out of the packaging, so I did as requested, and instead of a refund I have been offered a discount on another crap dress of my choice on their site! Not impressed..

The website uses AI photos. The material is very cheap and flimsy. Trying to return an item has proven to be impossible. I would avoid.

Absolutely awful company and products. The sizing is completely off with my size 16 jacket not even getting on my size 10 daughter and the top I bought would fit an 8 year old. They make it impossible to return items by having such strict rules around packaging and making it clear it will take months. TO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
