Do not buy from this company ordered a 6.5 in blue and A6 in the White they came six in the blue and seven in the White sent clear photos white were at least one centimeter bigger denied changing them offered 14 pound off a new pair which I did decline asked again to return again emailed saying correct sizes were sent now won't return because over the 14 days even though they have proof of six emails that I wanted to return them do not order i'm stuck

NOT cashmere and definitely NOT uk based and no reply from customer service.

the reply states contact customer support, as I put above, you get no reply, just an automated saying they will answer. 5 months and still never had a reply!

Ordered shoes apparently still with courier for 9 days but no delivery different so called tracking sites say different things
Update shoes arrived and were better than expected. Updated review accordingly.

I was told my delivery had been made and any problems contact delivery company,I emailed the Olyndra complaints department stating my consumer rights,that delivery was there responsible,to date no reply

The goods are just not good enough. I am a size 16 but I ordered a bigger size so I could wear a jumper during the winter, I thought these were made for proper women.

Order my shoes 4th June. They say they had been delivered but this is not true. Contacted them a few times but got no reply.

Order not received 4 weeks later. 5 emails sent not a single reply. AVOID !!
And the companies reply below is ‘reach out to customer services’, I’ve done that 5 times without reply! That response says it all. SCAM COMPANY!

Absolute 'SCAM MERCHANTS' avoid like the plague. They take your money, supply very poor substandard products. PLEASE don't buy anything from these SCUMBAGS. NOREPLY and the banks can't get your refund back nor PAYPAL... I've tried... PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.

Shocking customer service - in fact they never reply. I've been waiting for my order and no response to chasing emails. I've now cancelled it quoting my consumer rights. Will be interesting if I get a response! Wish I'd checked TrustPilot before ordering as I would have never used them!

Not even worth 1 star. They are total rubbish. Garments look nothing like they should. They just want your money and then never refund as returns have to be posted to China at the buyers expense. Absolute garbage.

Happy to take a dead man’s money and keep it on account. Their customer service team never reply. Such a bunch of scammers.

Watch for them to reply and say contact customer service. Everyone does and you are stealing fraudulent scammers and don’t reply

Wrong size delivered - to date six emails with no response. Beware.

Following reply from Olyndra another email has been sent🤞

Eventual contact from Olyndra offering 80% off next order. Replied not acceptable, I will not pay out more money to get a replacement for the wrong size shoes. Requested correct size or refund. Awaiting response.

I ordered trainers THEY sent wrong size now what me to pay to return an item which was their error not mine have sent 8 emails and now they are saying they will give me a discount for item that is no good to

Took over 3 weeks for the delivery. Only got movement from then when I requested a refund.

I bought 3 jumpers from this company.
They were advertised as cashmere. They are not cashmere they are fake.
I emailed the company and told them and they insist they are real. Still waiting for a follow up from them. Just complete rubbish. They were not cheap, please avoid this scam company. You will not get anywhere with them.

I purchased shoes on Olyndra website. Or so I thought. I browsed the selection on shoes on the website, chose the model I liked, the colour and the size. Completed all the fields for paint and delivery address. Pressed NO for tracked delivery and NO for insurance. The order seemed to go through. And then, the next thing I see is that they charged me for tracked delivery and insurance which I didn't choose. And no mentioning of the shoes. So I was billed for something I clearly did not choose and the actual order for shoes has never gone through.
I contacted their Customer Service only to be advised these expenses are not refundable and they cannot help me.
What a scam.

Ordered a necklace for my in March received in April wore it for the first time in May and after twenty minutes it fell apart absolutely rubbish.tried to get refund now won't even answer my emails terrible service very bad quality products never use this company again be careful if you purchase from them

They had the nerve to advertise "free shipping" and then charge one (compulsorily) for "priority delivery". Priority delivery my **** - it is now a week since I ordered, and my parcel is now with the courier (who are sitting on it, which is presumably NOT Olindra's fault) and no delivery date as yet. I don't mind their taking over a week to deliver, but I DO mind their charging me for "priority delivery"....

I wish I had read reviews on Trustpilot rather than on Facebook. The items took weeks to arrive despite paying a premium of £2.99 for fast delivery. I want to send some items back but all I’ve faced is bartering and being told repeatedly I’ve only 14 days to return. They take days to answer an email. My last offer was 15% of the value of the items I want to return or pay huge amounts on postage. It’s just not worth the hassle. This has been a total waste of my hard earned cash. Absolutely disgusting.
This firm has no moral compass and I’ve played with the idea of reporting them to Trading Standards in the UK.
Note to self. never buy from firms I don’t know well.
