Great product but customer service stinks!! I order four bottles every two months for the last few years .But when a snafu happens like, they only send me one bottle or they send it and leave it on the front porch where it melts.It's a nightmare trying to deal with the customer service.Now they sent me their other product 4 bottles by mistake Probiotic xl and charged my account without my approval and they say that I did order it, and I know I didn't.I don't need probiotics! so they lie And instead of giving me back the $160 for the four bottles of promionics, they sent me that I did not order, they want to give me only $15.95 refund

The company is awful. They intentionally make it extremely hard to cancel the auto ship subscription and your payment information can't be removed from your online account. When you do request to cancel they just try to give you a lower price and preach the benefits of the product. I had to request cancellation at least 10x. There is nothing special about their product as it is just green lipped mussels and omegas.

Understanding the cancellation system really is confusing specially for elderly people my father‘s 88 years old was getting billed for $84 a month when he lives on $980 a month trying to cancel this and was not a very easy thing to do. Ask for a refund for the shipment that sent out the day before and was refused. Very shady company to do business with.

We(my daughter and l) had a really nice experience with Michelle. She was very pleasant and helpful. I needed to temporarily cancel my membership and she really took care of that. I really like the product and didn't want to lose my membership. Thanks so much for the help and understanding.

Stephany was GREAT!!! VERY FRIENDLY. The product itself is what made this a great experience! I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE!!!! My husband and I suffer from various pain issues. He has neuropathy and arthritis. As a result of both he has almost lost complete use of his hands. Could not make a fist, dropping things continuously. For the last couple years. He lost complete dexterity. Picking up anything was a challenge and huge source of frustration. This morning as we had our coffee we rejoiced and shared tears over the fact the after three doses of Omega XL my husband was able to make a strong fist with both hands!!!!! First time in two or three years!!!! Thank you THANK YOU THANK YOU OMEGA XL!!!! THANK YOU FOR LISTENING STEPHANY!
