Amazing service and great vegetarian option for dogs, which is important to us! Our cocker spaniel puppy LOVED his new dry kibble straight away. We are even getting the wet food for the mix next too! Definitely worth the money and great to support a great small business!

We have 2 new rescue dogs had them 8 weeks and gradually moving them over to Omni. They were under weight when we got them and they are gradually getting there.
They both had poor dental health but having the dental sticks and love them.

I've had a really positive experience with Omni and have been impressed by both the quality of their products and the range available. My favourite has to be the Irritated supplements, as my dog struggles with itchy skin, and they've become a great addition to her daily routine. The concept of a vegan dog food appealed to me and I have been a customer for almost two years spending £1000s. My dog is happy and healthy so I have no issues with the food. Although the consistency of the food varies enormously with some orders being greasier than Nigel Farages back pocket.
Recently they changed their delivery courier to DPD from Evri. When Evri delivered, they were excellent and I never had a problem. The last two deliveries via DPD have been terrible. The first was left out in the rain on my doorstep for all the world to see I was not home. I immediately contacted DPD to get the driver back to put the delivery in the parcel shed I built specifically for these deliveries. No luck. I contacted Omni and, whilst they were sympathetic to my compliant, they did nothing either. How do I know they did nothing? Because the exact same thing happened today!
I contacted DPD and Omni again but neither took any action to have my parcels retrieved. I refused to accept the goods as delivered and cancelled my subscription. Clear instructions were given to both DPD and Omni and they did not follow them. They don’t care if your house gets burgled or your goods damaged or stolen as you have already paid them by this point. One of the boxes was delivered open today. For full transparency, I did receive a refund today but I will never use Omni, or DPD, again.
Avoid at all costs.
As an aside, when I told Omni I was going to leave a negative review I received a stroppy email back asking me to leave it for DPD instead. They care more about their reviews than their customers. Work that one out. Clearly a business who needs new customers because they cannot retain their existing ones!

Tried to cancel my subscription - you have to do this via email, which is strange compared to other companies. Since then, I have not recieved any acknowledgement of my email and another payment has been taken from my account.
