My 11 year old Scottie Buzz loves this…
My 11 year old Scottie Buzz loves this food. He used to have a few skin issues and was constantly itching, he was being treated with Apoquel from the vet but since I switched him to OMNI, the itching is no longer a problem, he licks his bowl clean every meal time. Highly recommended.

Excellent product
Excellent product! My dog was itching until she was bleeding, it was stressing her and me. I ordered the Omni anti- itch chews and they were amazing, within two weeks the itching reduced hugely, within a month it stopped completely. I carried on with the chews for a few months and then stopped, she hasn’t itched since. I have recommended the chews to anyone who mentions their dog is itching, they are excellent! Thank you

Alfie has had Omni ever since he was a puppy from kibble to treats to supplement - and now the Calming diffuser. We have used the diffuser for a short while now, and it definitely makes a difference.

Wow, wow, wow.
I have tried everything to stop my girl from licking her paws 🐾.
The vets suggested expensive dog food which we tryed but didnt work. Then the vets suggested injection each month, plus tablets that would cost just over £450 a month. I wasn't happy about giving my dog that amount of drugs each month and ofcourse the cost.
I stumbled accross this dog food and irrigation skin treats and thought I'd give it one last chance.
I was concerned at first about it not having any meat in it but looked at the reviews and gave it a go.
Im so pleased I did, week one, only licking her paws 🐾 occasionally and by the second week she has stopped completely.
I am over the moon and my girl is a happy doggie 🐕.
I have a 3 year of lab.

Amazing company that have your dog’s interests at heart. Every product I’ve tried have made a massive difference to my dogs. Since I have been using these products my dogs have had far less vet visits.

Can’t cancel. Unresolved known issues with subscription.
I signed up to a monthly subscription of dog food at the beginning of April. Our dog liked the food but it was a big bag and we still had half of it left a month later. I have tried everything I can think of to cancel more bags being delivered in May and June but it gets delivered and left on my doorstep while I am at work. Omni customer services say they can see that the subscription was cancelled on May 1st but they are insisting I reinstated it. I did not. Why would I when I had half a bag left and wrote to them to cancel, which they acknowledge? The emails they send to say that an order is being packed gets sent to my Junk folder, however the emails to say the order is being dispatched (when it’s too late to cancel) are sent to my inbox. This seems very disingenuous. I have looked back at reviews on Trustpilot and can see that this exact issue has been a problem as long ago as August 2022. There was no way for me to log onto my account as my email was not recognised so no password reset could be sent out, even though the same email address was being used to tell me about more deliveries. This seems to be a common problem too. I have been emailing Omni for a few days now asking them to do the right thing and for them to take responsibility for a known glitch in the system but they are insisting I need to foot the bill for the return postage of the latest bag. We still have May’s bag unopened which I kept as a gesture of good will. It’s a shame they won’t return the favour. I have no way of knowing if this will happen again next month.

Our dogs love Omni. They get excited when a delivery comes and always eat all their meals. Our Boxer cross doesn’t nibble at her toes as much and the skin on her tummy has calmed loads. There’s an added bonus too of less stinky dog toots! Definitely recommended!

A lifeline for Ralf
From the first contact with this company they were attentive and very helpful. I have a dog with significant allergies. He was on specialist food and a higher than normal amount of medication. A medication that: starting on such a young age; needing more than the maintenance amount; still suffering symptoms, meant a compromised future for a much loved companion.
A friend told me about Omni when, through my own investigations, i was looking at types of protein as the possible allergen. The support and advice i received from Omni was excellent. I trialled their food and Ralf, my dog, within just two months is now on the maintenance amount of medication. He is suffering no symptoms and next month i am going to decrease his medication to once a day. I am very excited with the thought we may be able to take him off his medication altogether. However the steps we have already managed to take on Omni food are amazing and mean a better future for his long term health. Most importantly he lost no condition during the change, his weight remained stable and the shine of his coat never changed. I feel now his shine has become even healthier. He loves his food, is also having their Dentastix at night and i have treats and also some of their supplements on my list of things to try. I am a very happy customer, who is now looking at a longer and healthier life for a much loved friend. I have two other dogs, that when their bags of food are finished, i will be seeing if they like the Omni range and will put them on their nutritional range of food.
