Ordered with 10 day delivery. Contacted after 14 days, as item not even picked for transport. Offered a refund which I accepted. 5 days later no refund. 19 days after initial order had mail saying order was on way. deliverd 28 days after initial order date.

Ordered two items worth over £60 a month ago no tracking no nothing not answering emails more for me for buying online from somewhere I’ve never heard of. Do not touch these with a barge pole.
There is no Webb contacting them other than an email and all you get is an automated response every time

Absolutely a company based only on profit not customer service ordered a pair of compression zipper socks xxl ...my 11yr old couldnt get on her feet she is 7 im a size 12 ..they wont accept product back ..bad business .Dont buy from this company absolute terrible service.

was shipped but never showed accurate shipping, after complaining showed delivered 15 days ago, funny how the post office pointed out no address on SUPPOSED usps shipping only showed town, when asked all i got was excuses and blame someone else, then gets all butt hurt when i disputed terrible company

Ordered my compression socks per their instructions. When they finally arrived they were at least one size too small. I could not get them zipped without an extra set of STRONG HANDS to help and then I noticed there was no way to get the seam area smooth so ending up with red marks on my legs was a forgone conclusion. Their return policy is a joke. You cannot wear them as that voids the warranty.

ordered anti choking kit back in the early part of aug and still have not received it but they took 35.00 out off my account

The largest size was far too small and the zip wouldn't close I can't use these mini socks
