They ripped me off for $40! Don’t use your credit card, Incase you need a refund, they won’t give you back your money. I used their service a few years ago and they were OK. Recently I tried and couldn’t not get it to generate a lease agreement. Called customer service and was advised to enter my credit card information and it will generate. I did so and it still didn’t work, later got an email stating I’m deactivated. I was charged $40 with no explanation. I called the customer service 3 times and kept getting the “run around”, they say someone will call me within 24 hours and they then they don’t. Finally my credit card company US Bank refunded me when I disputed. I still want this review to go out so buyers beware.

Remarkably, on-site.com is unable to identify valid addresses which USPS and Google maps all easily provide results (and a catalog of prior photos) for. Further the vendor's contact information provide both an invalid address and invalid phone number. Given the home page states "Finally, a platform renters and housing providers can agree is reliable." (and innovative, convenient...) I'd have to say these are completely untrue in my experience and I'm inclined to steer clear of the service and recommend you do so as well.
