Crap service
Crap. Paid for a bog brush promised a delivery, no tracking info, emailed them to be told the item was lost in transit. A toilet brush for gods sake. First and last time using this shower, next time I'll shop local!!

Apalling, never again. I bought a Henry vacuum via OnBuy. It was sold as being brand new but arrived in a tatty box with stickers saying it was refurbished and with a damaged attachment.
Communication prior to delivery was non-existent, when I complained I was advised that ''it works'' and after I returned the item it took 2 weeks, 2 chases and a threat of action before I received a refund from the seller.
OnBuy are just a marketplace, they offer next to no help with supplier issues, and don't appear to check the validity or quality of retailers selling on their platform. Even after my experience they are still alowing this retailer to sell the same items as ''brand new''. Avoid.
