Wedding thank you postcards
We used Once Upon for our wedding thank you postcards. The design process was easy, the package came quickly and very affordable compared to other providers. My only feedback would be that the packaging could be more robust as the top postcard had some damage, but otherwise happy.

I have used "Once Upon" several times, it is my go to place for photo-books. Easy to use, easy to re-arrange lay out. You know where you are. Communication is great, quality is excellent, delivery is rapid. What more could you want?

Support process is excellent
My 5th order arrived and the front cover photo was skewed.
I used the Support page and this was straight forward. Add photos to show the problem and describe it in detail I feel made it easier to resolve. Yao was great with communication to resolve the problem and get another copy printed.
Yes, unfortunate that it occurred but I can't fault the process and help to get it rectified.
I'll 100% continue to use OnceUpon.

Helpful app for creating baby book
I created/ordered a first year baby book for my son. Since Once Upon isn’t strictly for baby books, I formatted it/created “prompts” for myself based off of a different “baby book” app to make the process easier for myself. This app was easy to use and the final product/quality turned out great! Will use again.
