Considering that I only had low quality images - the printed out book quality and gloss option was quite impressive.

Well I think I received the book for free. My card declined and I don't know why so I ordered one from somewhere else. Yours was much nicer. :)

I’ve been using this service for over a decade. The app is easy to use and the print quality is great. The books printed in 2015 are in the exact same quality as the books printed in 2026 - and that’s saying something as these family albums are regularly pulled out and looked at by four young boys. It’s wonderful to see a year’s worth of images collated together! And now a decade worth of growth and beautiful family memories.

Lovely books, very easy to make and I love the way the photos are arranged in time order. I ordered 3x books for my 1st order and am not disappointed and my daughter loves her Wedding Photo Book. My only critique would be to have the Book Name Label down the spine.

The app is so easy to use, the process of ordering, printing & shipping/delivery is done in a timely manner & the finished result is amazing!

My first time using Once Upon and I am very pleased with the result.
I have made two books several years ago using SnapChat and was impressed as I was able to add embellishments to the photo pages and using text allowed me to use the chosen text for longer sentences in bold text which enhanced the end product. I will use Once Upon again.

We love putting together our books for the year! It is great to create and look back on all our good times.. plus we pull out all the previous years and look back further when the new one arrives in the post! These books are very loved, every year!

Ordered 5 books, one had a misaligned cover, contacted customer service, they replied straight away and fixed the issue. Will 100% use again! App was easy to use in the design process too!
