Recently ordered some e liquid, have been using this company for years and no issues.
This time have received nothing, I have a world pay receipt and the funds have left my account. Two phone calls and 4 emails have still not generated any satisfactory resolution. Informed on the phone that they don’t have an order for me and their solution was to use bank chargeback.

Don’t know what’s gone wrong with what was a previously reliable company but consumers would be wise to avoid.

“I was employed by GHC Global LTD/Safetyplus.co.uk /Stepahead/One lite.co.uk (UK)as a Remote Graphic Designer during Aug–Sept 2025. Unfortunately, my salary for August, 24 days of September, and my work expenses were not paid. My work was suddenly stopped without any termination notice.

Avoid this company. They send the products but no reply to any of my communication on various platforms about faulty chargers that render the whole lot unusable.

I bought one of these because they were made in the UK. It lasted about a month before it stopped charging.
I liked it so I tried again. I bought two so I always had one charged - they just stop with no warning.
One didn't work at all and the other lasted a week. I emailed the firm and three weeks later have heard nothing.
In my view, one star is too high.
All I wanted to do was support a British business, but some businesses don't deserve your custom.
