“I was employed by GHC Global LTD/Safetyplus.co.uk /Stepahead/One lite.co.uk (UK)as a Remote Graphic Designer during Aug–Sept 2025. Unfortunately, my salary for August, 24 days of September, and my work expenses were not paid. My work was suddenly stopped without any termination notice.

I made an order and then received a notification of a refund without any explanation as to why my order had been cancelled/refunded.
I sent an email for an explanation and haven’t received any response yet.

the tutor Emily bunu was an excellent very insightful tutor the class was active interesting and enjoyable so helpful

The teaching style of our teacher is so good. I have achieved a lot of things from her.

Item never arrived. All I received was an email stating that my money had been refunded, no explanation as to why. Won't be returning.

My tutor Emily Bunu has been incredibly supportive and inspiring throughout my learning journey.Emily increasingly demonstrated a deep knowledge of the subject matter and a genuine passion for teaching, which made each section both engaging and informative. She was patient and took her time to explain difficult concepts in a way that was easy to understand, always encouraging us to ask questions and think critically. I truly appreciate her dedication and personal attention she gave to making my learning experience enjoyable and meaningful. Thank you Emily Bunu.

A very lovely company. They want to get you into work and do everything possible to supply you with such opportunities.

Step Ahead only sent half the order that I paid for. I have contacted them three times about this, giving them several weeks to respond each time, but they have never responded, have not sent the missing items and have not refunded me. I don't have a problem with the initial mistake of only sending half the order - everyone makes mistakes - but I feel their total lack of follow up when the mistake has been pointed out to them is unacceptable.

Just started working for Step A Head and I am fortunate enough to have a consultant called Angelina go above and beyond to help me even after the office hours, she always replies.

She is professional, polite and helps with zny concerns that I have at work.

I wish I had met her sooner.

She is an asset to Step A Head.

Shocking customer service, no replies to emails, sent products in an appalling state that I can’t even use. Not impressed and unless they actually bother to respond to me I will NEVER use them again and would warn others from doing so

Only half the items ordered and paid for were actually sent. Contact via website form has been ignored. The email address given on the contact page (at time of writing) is undeliverable. Avoid.

I've been taking the Women over 50 Multivitamin capsules for 90 days and just received my next 90. They are amazing. I feel so much better in every way. Ordering was easy and delivery was really quick. Excellent service.

Covid test not usable as can't squeeze container with swab in unless you're the Incredible Hulk!
I had to nearly close the lid and scrape swab contents into vial using lid but messy!
