Terrible Customer Experience – Feels Like a Scam


I returned several dresses to ONE33SOCIAL over a month ago. They confirmed receipt of the return, yet I still haven’t received a refund for the amount I paid. Despite repeated emails, all I get are vague reassurances that the money is “on its way.”

At this point, it’s starting to feel like a scam. This is not how a trustworthy company operates. Holding onto customers’ money for this long—after confirming the return—is completely unacceptable.

If you’re considering buying from ONE33SOCIAL—don’t. I regret my purchase and I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
