I liked that I didn't have to queue in a post office to buy 48 vouchers. However I am gifting these vouchers and I was very disappointed that every voucher was in a sealed envelope with my full name a... See more

Extremely frustrating checkout experience trying to order work related vouchers. What made it so fristrating was the total lack of customer support from One4all to help identify and resolve the payment issue.

We purchased One4all gift cards as a company benefit for employees. What should have been a simple, positive gesture turned into a complete failure.
Employees cannot activate the cards, no matter what they try.
We have attempted:
multiple browsers and devices
private/incognito sessions
mobile app vs website
repeated attempts over several days
Every attempt ends in vague failures such as “Failed to claim card” or, incredibly, raw developer-style errors like “An error has happened during application run. See exception log for details.”
This is a paid financial product, not a test environment.
Support is effectively non-existent:
Phone lines go unanswered
The website contact form itself returns internal error messages
No meaningful response via email
What makes this especially frustrating is that One4all actively replies to Trustpilot reviews, yet basic customer support requests — including ones required to activate cards already paid for — go unanswered. The contrast is striking.
From a business perspective, this is unacceptable. We are now left explaining to employees why their “gift” doesn’t work, while spending time chasing support for an issue that should never exist.
We will not use this service again and strongly advise other companies to avoid One4all for employee rewards. The platform is unreliable, support is absent when it matters, and the reputational damage falls on the business that purchased the cards — not on One4all.

It is so difficult to navigate through verification process and after a month I still can't verify my card

Very poor support for retailers. As a shop that accepts One4All cards, we’ve had an extremely frustrating experience. Emails are never answered, no matter how many times we follow up. The phone line is just an automated system that sends you around in circles, and no one ever picks up. When issues arise, there is no real customer service or support for businesses. This makes it difficult to operate smoothly and resolve problems. We would not recommend dealing with One4All

I was happy I could change my All4One to a Visa card

One4All? More like One4some , and by some I mean a handful. Impossible to spend. Absolute joke

If One4all did customer service, they would probably offer the worst customer service in the world.
Problem is, One4all don't offer customer service. If you have an issue - tough. They won't help you, they'll provide incorrect information, if you ask for a refund they'll be awkward and act as though everyone in their operations team is a brainless pigeon.
Want to escalate to a manager? There don't appear to be any of those. There's no consistency with their staff - any old pigeon answers and doesn't bother to read/research and information. They just regurgitate from the same useless script designed not to help the customer.

Very poor choices that will take them, tried converting to visa prepaid and they were difficult to use also. Online options terrible. Extremely difficult to use. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone. Level of security at initial setup absolutely horrendous, the gardai wouldn't ask or look for as much private information. Total scam!

The company advertise that the One4All can be used as a virtual visa - tried to navigate this process and it was impossible. Next year I will be purchasing Clever Cards for my staff

Incredibly disrespectful business. They don't read emails; they just copy templates. Very frustrating, disrespectful, and distressing behaviour. A shame that such a company is Irish, definitely destroying the reputation of business in lovely Ireland. The business model is awful too. It's not clear how they really add value and make money.
One4All: You don't reply to emails, but if you do reply here, clarify how you make money (I hope not by applying different techniques to block people's access to their own money, and never answering the phone or replying to emails).

Most shops do not take these vouchers. Can’t use at Tesco self service till, can’t use in Lidl, can’t use online. Ended up exchanging for Amazon vouchers (lost 10% of the value of the vouchers by doing so). Not impressed.
